ZERO STARS! I ordered a Full-length leaner mirror, silver, 65" x 31" on 4/19/2020. The shipment was fast until it arrived in Maryland, where I live. The expected delivery date was 4/24/2020. Had I known that FEDEX would have been the delivery company, I would have kept my money in my pocket! As soon as this package arrived at the FEDEX HUB IN SPARROWS POINT, MD. Things started going downhill! No one could trace/located my package. I filed a claim and told the fed ex reps to send the package back to the shipper. Emailed this company SEVERAL TIMES since no one is in the office to answer any phone calls. One of the reps by Luis Andrade had the audacity to tell me that the package was still on its way to me when I specifically stated in ALL OF THE EMAILS that the package is indeed NOT on its way to me and even went the mile to provide a confirmation number of the "send back to the shipper" request. Fast forward to today, they are CREDITING ME $82.30 and NOT MY FULL $146.78 REFUND DUE TO A RESTOCKING FEE, SHIPPING FEE, AND TAXES! BECAUSE FEDEX FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought this to go in my daughter's bathroom. She needed just a bit more storage and enclosed in a prettier package than an old little open 3 tiered rack that just looked cluttered. Delivery was good even during our COVID19 stay at home. Packaging was very study, very impressed nothing torn or compromised. While putting together by myself I realized how impressed I was with the quality for the price. I have bought so many, put it together yourself pieces of furniture over the years. One simple thing that was frustrating was when the supposedly pre-started holes for screws were off center of the board (that isn't more than 1/2" thick) and barely started further down than the surface. This made it very tedious and difficult to not cause the screw to push out thru the one side of the board you are screwing vertically/parallel into. But I took my time. Lastly, when you are thinking almost done when you have only the door and hinges left... easy? Not so much. Fussed with the adjusting of the screws for a near an hour. Needed to set the screws to where they gave a bit horizontally but the way the hinge is made with a rounded/cupped hole for the adjusting screw was not going to hold the screw or slide hinge in place. So I took needle nose pliers and wire cutters to slightly flatten that cupped edge enough to allow for hinge to slide out enough to open and close door with a tiny bit of space and the screws to hold more snug. She really likes the look and we can't wait to get rid of the old eye soar and put this pretty thing that's just the right size with just the right amount of storage in it's place. Thank you!
