I'm not a huge fan of trying new clothing places but after looking at hauls on oh polly made me feel confident about them. Nope I was wrong, I was so excited to see the package from them in the mail, and when I opened it, it wasn't what I ordered and completely wrong size. And I waited for a month to get it too. I'm so disappointed and upset because this was supposed to be my going out dress for my 21st Birthday and I'm stuck with a cheap shiny mermaid looking dress that I paid $50 for... so I will never order from here again. Save your money and time this place isnt worth it!
I ordered two dresses a week before my birthday and I was extremely pleased with the material of the dresses, the colour, and the fit. Loved everything about it and the delivery services were also exceptionally quick. Overall would 100% recommend

I'm a US 0-2, and normally a UK 4-6. In the past I've worn Oh Polly dresses in a UK 4. This time I purchased a UK 6 according to the model details and the fit is way off. The dress is simply not a UK 6 but is more like a US size 0. I think Oh Polly needs to redesign their sample sizes and work on sizing that's actually not for children sized adults with no breasts. I could barely zip up the dress and my boobs were nearly spilling out of the cups. The hip area was also ridiculously tight.
The dresses are getting way too small and designs need to be resized to reflect true proportions for women.
For reference, I'm 5'6" and 112 lbs with a slim and athletic build. That's 168cm tall and 51kg in weight.
I returned my item a month ago. It did not fit. So I sent it back. I emailed them to inform them of my return. It took DAYS for them to respond. When they did respond, they asked me the same questions that I already answered in regards to my order number, name of item and postage information. I provided them with all that information and with pictures. The item was delivered to them and I still have not received a refund. Instead they keep emailing me the same questions I already answered. Stay far away from this website. Customer service is horrible and they don't want to refund my money. Unless you want to deal with this when your trying to return an item, don't order from them!
Lizzy was amazing! I had a Question about my order and she responded right away. I also needed a size exchange and that was handled right away! I definitely recommend this company. The quality of the fabric fits my body like a glove. Thanks again!

I ordered two dresses on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. The shipping was really fast. But the sizing is way off. I'm usually a size US 4 or 6. I read the size guide and ordered a 6 but it was so tight my boobs were squished and made me look like I was being Suffocated. I wanted to order a size 8 but then I went to the reviews and heard going through a refund is hell. BEWARE SIZE UP! The material is not stretchy at all. The dresses are pretty though.
Hi Rebekah - thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry the sizing was not perfect on this occasion. Our site displays UK sizes and so a UK size 6 would actually be a US size 2, hence why you found the item too tight. I'd recommend selecting a UK 8-10 as this is the same as a US 4-6, and should therefore fit perfectly. Never ordering from this company again. Beautiful clothes, disgusting customer service. I was a loyal client before this incident, and I used to order a lot despite their incredibly inconsistent sizing. All I wanted was a size exchange, but apparently that was too much to ask and they refused. They basically stole my money and refuse to refund me, send me the correct size, or send me the original item back. They claim they do not have the item... but the problem is, neither do I. They act real broke for a company with that much "business". The customer service is so bad, I wanna give them a ZERO. But thats not possible. So I give them a ONE.

Wanted to order some trousers from oh polly so I contacted the help insta page and a lovely lady named Luce helped me with my query and I managed to get the perfect size so when they come they fitted amaing! So helpful and quick responding!
Nikkik & Alix helped me get my process going after getting a dress I had ordered in the wrong size. They were very sweet while helping me get the correct size! I'm very happy with the way they approached and offered endless help.
I had a problem with the delivery address, I contacted customer service and it was answered directly to me. They listened to me and my concerns were taken into account with great care, and especially patience! Therefore the problem was very quickly resolved thanks to a great team with these clients. I am very very satisfied.

Very cordial treatment of Emily C and Sarah, have been super attentive at all times, despite the delay in delivery of the order I contacted them and gave me attention immediately giving me the reason why my order was delayed. It arrived just at the end of the Christmas holidays and very fast! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Greetings.

My gf was sent the same dress as me, she put the dress on, it teared straight away. Not because she was 'too big for it' but because it was a poor make and the fabric was so delicate, it was literally a dress to look at, not wear.
I decided I wanted the same dress, I purchased it a size up and what do you know, the same thing happened to me (I thought hers was just faulty).
I contacted Oh Polly and they would not offer a refund for a faulty item, instead they offered 20% credit.
Absolute shocker of a company, we have gone round and round in circles for 3 weeks without an outcome. Time and energy wasting. Would not recommend this site.
I have ordered two dresses but sadly only received one. I contacted support and got an answer really fast! The Supportlady (Annie) helped me as much as she could, and even sent me a code for 20% off when I couldnt get my dress. The dress I got was great quality and looks amazing! I bought some clothes here for my daughter. And i can say their price expensive. I open the package and very shocked of what i see. Its not at all same on what they advertise on their site! Scammmmm! The color is off. Quality is bad. Very small cutting. Very bad sewing. God! Why they still even running ads. Their quality is super super bad. I wish everyone read review before ordering
Wow great customer service. My order wouldn't add on my student discount code. I messaged the customer service on Instagram, for a lovely lady called Jess to help solve my problem. I regularly order from Oh Polly. I was surprised to experience the problem I did with my most recent order. I contacted Oh Polly's Customer Service. Annie and Lauren responded and solved my problem within 24 hours. They were attentive, kind, and reliable. I will continue to order regularly from Oh Polly.
