I placed my first ohpolly order and bought white bo+tee leggings and they came to me with a stain. I got in touch with customer service via Instagram dms and they took SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME. Luce was so helpful and theyre sending me a brand new pair for no charge. Luce was so sweet and the entire process took about 5 minutes! So easy, so flawless. I will ordering a lot more from ohpolly! Absolutely love everything about the company!

I needed a dress for next day delivery and was worried about the delayed confirmation email so I reached out for help on the website and a woman named Bethanie got back to me super quick and was great help and I got the dress the next day. Very happy!
Didn't get my dresses in time. I ordered 2 dresses off their website for my homecoming. I had a specific date I needed it by and paid extra for it to get here in time. They printed the label but didn't send it out.
I love OhPolly as a website and I think their customer service is great, I recently made an order and accidentally ordered too many of the item but it was very straight forward to get in touch with their customer service team and they made it feel so easy to rectify without any fuss as well as being friendly! Not only this but the quality of the clothing is great and I'd highly recommended ordering with them :)
I had a problem with an offer on the website which I sent a message to ohpollyhelp on instagram about & I got a great response from & the offer was fixed so quickly! Annie was lovely, polite & so helpful! Definitely will shop there again & know that I'll be able to get help from them if needed!
Never again in my whole life I order on this site and I advise you against it! I ordered a white dress and I received a grey dress?! This is not normal! In addition I pay 20 for the dress + shipping is 10 so when I received this horrible dress I left at the second to send it to oh polly but they make me pay 20 to send it to them! So in the story I paid 30 just for shipping! I pay more for the shipping than the dress itself! And oh polly doesn't want to reimburse me so it's a site to flee 30 to the trash because of them!
I have always been a size 6/8 however the dresses are so tight and sizing is not accurate at all that the last dress I bought a size eight to be on the safe side and it was still so tight. I had to buy two dresses in different sizes as previously it's so hit and miss. I think a lot of the time the dresses are really uncomfortable with no stretch at all as well. The zoos are an absolute nightmare they are always cheap tiny little zips that are hard to fasten. The dress that actually fit me perfectly I wore once and the strap broke. They wouldn't refund as I had worn it. I found it really unfair and I had only worn it for a couple of hours and the strap completely came off. I hadn't even had the garment 24 hours. Poor customer service! I think the clothes are highly over rated for what they are, yes they look pretty but very expensive, bad customer service and overall fit is not good at all, especially if you have boobs bigger than a b cup!

We have a size guide next to each product on our website showing the measurements in CM or inches, if you require any assistance with this then one of our customer service agents would be more than happy to advise the best size for you. Due to the nature of some fabrics they can run quite small, if this is the case then we will note this in the product description and will advise sizing up. I received the wrong order from Oh Polly. After emailing customer service, I received a response from Bethanie within minutes. The problem was resolved after sending a few pictures of the incorrect product. I then received an email from Leigh the next day stating that the order would be delivered within 3 days to my residence in Canada. Both representatives were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The level of customer service they provided was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.
Don't bother purchasing from them unless you are ok paying a FORTUNE for shipping if you need to return anything. I messaged them about this and I just get a generic response over and over they don't actually address any of my questions or concerns. It's frustrating I will not shop with them again and will advise my friends and family not to as well.
Be very careful if you want to return something as you end up fighting with them to try and get your money back. I returned a top that they refused to accept as it had a very small mark on it. I couldn't have caused the mark as the top was tried on and removed immediately, yet they accused me of wearing it and Then returning it. This is simply not true. I believe the mark was there when we revived it but as I didn't closely inspect it before trying it on, I didn't see it. I had several email exchanges with them over a week and they refused to accept any responsibility and I am now left with a top I don't want and £35 out of pocket. Be very careful...
I had two issues I needed resolved about an order and Caitlin was so rapid and diligent at solving them for me. I couldn't fault the service and I feel the attention to detail echoes throughout the entire brand. Five stars

Cannot even describe how good oh Polly service is, they are very easy to communicate with and I find they are easy to talk to! I spoke to Jess and molly and they are so so lovely, oh Polly is lucky to have such a lovely team!
Saw a ton of bad reviews of this company and decided to go ahead and try it out anyways (bad mistake). I liked a few things but the leggings and sports bras I ordered were too big. I sent multiple items back, and just didn't hear from them. They said it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Contacted customer service to ask about it and they just told me to wait. I didn't have a receipt from the post office when I sent it back and they said without that they couldn't help. Hoping I get my refund but honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't. Don't take the chance shopping online here, I promise you will regret it if you have to send anything back.

Returns are processed within 10-15 days of delivery to us and we'll always send you an email as soon as your refund has been issued. Unfortunately if we haven't received your return, we will require you to provide proof of postage - this way, we'll still issue a refund even if your item has not been received our end. Within our return instructions, we do tell customers to keep hold of their post office receipt for this very reason. We would like to get this sorted for you, so if you paid by card at the post office, a screenshot of the transaction will suffice - please do pop this over to us. We look forward to hearing from you.
I bought a co ord skirt and top from this site, after having them a week or so I decided for the money (which I thought was pricey in comparison to other sites) I wouldn't wear them enough, and they looked quite cheap.
I returned both of them with the tags on within the returns policy and I was denied a refund for the top as they said it had been worn! I had literally tried it on a few times! The tags were still on the top as well! I emailed them and they didn't want to know.
I would stay away from this site because of this.
I've never had any problems with any other sites like PLT boohoo etc.

We absolutely pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces and therefore have a strict returns policy whereby items are only accepted back in their original condition. In the rare event an item arrives back at our warehouse in a less than perfect condition, we will pop it straight back to the customer so they're not left out of pocket. We always photograph any items that are refused by our returns team so if you'd like to appeal this decision, please contact hello@ohpolly.com and we can look into this for you no problem! I contacted ohpolly help on Instagram about a query to do with customs and Annie got back to me so quick and helped me. This is one of the reasons I love ohpolly unlike many other company's ohpolly cares about their customers and always help xx
I purchased a pair of pants from another company and a coat from Oh Polly. I sent the pairs to Oh Polly in error with the prepaid label from the coat. I contacted them the same day item was shipped, they received the pants made me pay for new return label then they lost them! Told me to contact the store that the purchase was made from to give me new pants in good faith...

Please trust we would never knowingly send out incorrect goods to customers and I can assure you this has been a genuine case of human error during an extremely busy time for us.
