I ordered one item a month ago. I have contacted the team and they were helpful, they even gave me a discount and a refund on shipping but I'm still yet to receive my dress. I live in Australia but it shouldn't take this long. I needed it for my anniversary on the 20th but had to scramble and find a last minute dress the night before. It makes me question if they are a scam but they seem legit.
I recently ordered from oh polly rounding to $113usd in total. However for one the sizes are way too small. I've always been a size 0 yet it seemed even smaller than sizes 00 and I was really disappointed. When I returned my dress I had to pay an extra $4.99usd for us shipping and I'm only getting refunded $94usd when I spent $20usd for shipment originally. I understand this is a UK company and I'm from the US but this has unfortunately made me lose a lot of unnecessary money so I'm not going to order from them again sadly. If you do though size up and hope you'll like it because if not you're losing a lot of money
Oh Polly has been more than helpful will definitely be ordering from them again! I had received a dress from them on Monday; however the dress had come faulty. I instagrammed messaged them and sent them pictures of my dress and they where extremely apologetic and have sent me a brand new one in the post free of charge. Couldn't thank them enough and they responded to me within 24 hours! 1000% recommend Oh Polly to anybody x
Have always loved Oh Polly and I own so many products and have never had a problem! I had an issue with one of my items and I was assisted by Luce via dm so quickly and efficiently! She was lovely. Couldn't have had better customer service, thank you so much!
I had contact with several members of staff when trying to find an item. They were attentive and thoughtful. Although they weren't able to find anything to match my specific requests, I wouldn"t hesitate to recommend the company. I will definitely check the website again when looking for other items.
Over the past few days I have had a lot of questions and needed advice about what dress I should het for my birthday. I have been speaking to Elyse and Lucy C over the past couple of days, or even over a week and their customer service has been brilliant. It felt like I was talking to a friend and I was also receiving good vibes and helpful advice.

Also, it is really frustrating that we have to pay for the return postage. For example, i received my package after 1,5 month (OHP7790GB*******001) and it doesn't flatter me too much. So, I decided to return my order...
I have been contacted with many transport companies and they assured me that the return cost is 50€-80€. As you can see i have to double pay the order...
In conclusion, the site is amazing and it has many innovative clothes but i think that you should attach importance to shipping and return policy.

I ordered a dress from OhPolly for an event and it arrived a whole week later than their promised delivery date, so it missed the whole purpose. But not only that, the sizing issue was very bad. I am a 105 lb individual and normally wear a US size 0 or 2. I ordered a US size 0 dress as it was supposed to be super stretchy, but when I tried it on, the whole dress, and especially the sleeves were so tight that it was uncomfortable to move. I did like the design of the dress so I returned and reordered it in a size 2 (they don't have free returns so I had to pay an extra $10 to ship it back). The size 2 dress took very long to arrive, but again, I had the same issue. It was still uncomfortably tight although slightly bigger. Since I had paid all this money and their refund policy isn't great (no full refund for non-UK buyers), I thought I would reorder (despite having to pay another $10 for shipping again) a different style dress without long sleeves because maybe that was the issue... and nope, the sleeveless dress's sizing was off again (mind you I ordered a US size 4 this time just to be safe). The proportions were so off and the placement of the cutout was so odd that it would only probably fit a very specifically hight-ed person who doesn't have any cleavage. All that money wasted and now I have to find someone to donate this stupid dress to. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Bethanie at OhPolly's customer service was exceptional she really understood my situation and took care of it right away, everyone should learn from this type of customer service she did a fabulous job even when I wasn't so kind in the beginning. I will continue to purchase from this boutique!

I ordered from ohpolly not too long ago and the material is nice but the sizing isn't that great, and also if you try to make a return you have to pay for shipping which isn't fair because you already pay a decent amount from their site, I paid 15$ just to return something that was too small. So I wouldn't buy from them again. Terrible site.
I bought two dresses, they send me the wrong sizes, then they tell me, in order to return them. I have to pay for shipping. Why would I pay for your mistakes? Then they said, we will give a 20% discount on your next purchase. NO, I WANT A FULL REFUND and I WANT YOU to pay for the return. Keep mind, they tried to blame me, for ordering the wrong size. They said, I was shopping at the Aussie site. I took screenshots and showed them. I ordered on the American site. Disgusting. They can't even admit to their own mistakes.
I had ordered a two dresses and one didn't fit properly so I sent back in perfect condition! I checked it over! Then I received the item back with a refused return saying there was marks on the back! I am soo angry as I sent item back in perfect condition and now they are saying there is marks on it! When queried this they basically had an automated messaged! I am not getting forced to pay! Disgusting customer service I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I have noticed this seems to be happening a lot I wonder if this is how they are making more money off people

On the other hand, I'm sorry to hear the sizing wasn't right - we use UK sizes and have a conversion guide available on our website to assist our International customers. Additionally, we will also include sizing advice within each product description, for instance our satin pieces contain very little stretch so we typically recommend sizing up in these. We're also working on a free returns solution which should be coming to Oh Polly in the next few months so please bear with us.
