I returned a few bathing suite pieces and it was getting close to a month since I heard back. Things are slow right now with shipping so I wasn't too concerned, but I wanted to be assured that i would get my refund. I emailed oh polly's customer service. The responses were so helpful and quick. I got my questions answered within the hour of emailing and my refund back within 48 hours. I appreciate the help of shania, leigh, and alexandra! Super helpful.
I just ordered a dress and I wanted to change the size the same day I ordered it. They did not let me change the size or cancel my order. Not even an exchange. Instead, they are making me wait until the dress arrives and I have to return it back and pay more money just to return it instead of just canceling my order. It has not even been shipped yet and they do not even want to help. The customer service care was ELLEN and at least she responded to my second email fast
I purchased a dress from Oh Polly which I received and tried on, taking the tags off unfortunately only after taking tags off had I realised that the stitching had completely broke meaning I couldn't wear it. I emailed Oh Polly to ask if they could offer any help as I had taken the tags off but was rather upset I couldn't actually wear the dress which I'd spent a lot of money on. Their customer service team were very understanding and attentive especially Yasmin & Molly. They replied very fast with a solution and offered me a full refund which I received instantly. Very happy with how professionally they dealt with the issue and would be happy to order from Oh Polly again.
I had ordered the cutest top and when my order number was sent I realized I forgot to put my apt number, so I immediately sent back a message to customer care and immediately Leigh got back to me and changed it. Thank you I'm so relived and happy now!
Emily S and Aimee have been ever so helpful to me for trying to get my package reordered and I can't thank them enough for they're help and quick replies with good customer service and I'll be even happier when the package eventually comes after 2 weeks.
So I sent my dress back for a refund and it was declined as apparently there was a small mark on the dress. I was really angry as I hadn't even worn it and it was £55 for a dress that didn't even fit me. I contacted them and Ellie and Emily C got back to me really quickly and allowed me the refund. So I'm really pleased with the customer Service.

I had a problem with my order the name was wrong on the parcel was worried that I couldn't collect my parcel in France, they need the name on the ID and the parcel for them to hand it to you. The customer service team support I received from Nikki and Louise was amazing. They was quick to respond to my email and they also made sure the problem was solve fast! Thank you guys
Really great customer service from Lauren when I messaged the Instagram OhPollyhelp page! She replied really quickly and was friendly and I was happy to hear I could send my two orders back in one parcel as one was missing the asda toyou slip! Thanks again Lauren for the help!
Ohpolly is such a horrible and useless online shop ever... It steals your money and time. While purchasing the item it says all tax included and once the parcel handover to the post they will ask you to pay the taxes which is a lot. The sizes is horrible, i ordered S and I received the dress toooo huge like XL. And when I returned I was asked to pay the post cost again which was a lot. Please dont order from ohpolly.
Just have to point out what a great experience we had, placed an order and my old condo decided to just send back the order. Contacted Oh Polly and Nikki, Sarah and Elyse made what was a very annoying time turn into a very great day. Thanks again!
I always ALWAYS forget to add my unit number when checking out and have to request for customer service to help me to make the manual amendments. I'm always impressed with the speed of their replies and how quickly they make the changes.
Tyra was fab. Solved my issue that I wasn't sure could even be solved ASAP and was super polite and helpful, as somebody who works in customer service I'm so grateful and impressed at how efficient she is.
I was accidentally charged three times for the same order as the website had glitched when i was paying so I was unsure if the transaction had gone through or not. I later found out it had gone through three times. I contacted customer service and Bethanie replied extremely quickly and resolved the issue explaining my order would be arriving on time and I should expect my refund within 48 hours. Thank you!
First of all all dresses suits curves and they all are super sexy and feminine than shipping is super quickly and they keep you update, also even if once I had an accident courser fault they give me a refund immediately I'm super happy and I'm a big fan of them also I got frustrated when I see thousand of brands like babyboofashion who explicitly copied everything from oh Polly! They shouldn't be able to do so!

I recently bought a dress from your website and it was too small so I needed to exchange it but I was away when my package came and I've been to busy to send it in for an exchange so I contacted customer service and Aimee Moughton was amazing she said it was okay that she will make a note on my account so there wouldn't be a problem wi the me exchanging the size. Thank you so much you show the true value of greet customer service.
They told me that there was an issue with some details on my payment. They requested a picture of my photo ID, which I provided within 24 hours. I then got confirmation that my payment was excepted and that my package would be shipped shortly. Over two weeks later I never received anything, so I reached out again to see what the status was. I was in told that my payment "timed out" and that I would be receiving a refund within 48 hours. I spent over $400 and was dependent on these items for a photo shoot I have at the end of this week. Their original representative told me one thing, and the second told me something completely different that contradicted the other. Very upsetting and disappointing. They sat On this for over two weeks. I highly doubt I ever would've seen a refund unless I reached out to them again. Doesn't make any sense at all considering I got confirmation after sending an unnecessary picture of my ID. And the money was already deducted from my account. Several hundred dollars that I could've used towards another company that was more reliable. Bad business and very disappointing! Never again.

Sometimes payments are flagged if they appear suspicious in which case we will request ID from you to proceed with the order. I can only assume when one of our agents accepted your payment, that a technical error occurred making their approval unsuccessful (unbeknown to them).
