I reached out to Ohpolly's customer service line, because of some delivery issue with one of my packages. They were very responsive, and helpful. They made sure I knew all the details regarding my package.
In my first order one of the items had a defect and they immediately offered to refund or resend me. I fortunately the resent item didn't reach me (at least not till know) but a couple of hours after my mail these amazing guys refunded me and allowed me to keep the garment if it arrives. The quality is very good and I was really pleased with the rest of my order.
Alexandra and Lauren were really helpful when I got in touch with oh Polly over Instagram and resolved my faulty item quickly. Currently waiting for my replacement now as it's been shipped and only got in touch yesterday.
Customer service is atrocious. They do not care about their clientele at all. They refuse to give refunds even if the error is caused by them. The entire company is unbelievably incompetent. If you're an international customer like me, do not even waste your time, you're package won't arrive.

I ordered over $500 worth of clothing from this website. I returned only 3 items over a month ago and still have not received any email updates or a refund! I email about my return once a week and i only get an automated response! I am SO upset
My mother bought me an item off Oh Polly's site as one of my Christmas presents, and I was so over the moon with the fit and quality of the item I had to send an e-mail to them just to say how thrilled I was with it. I have trouble finding bodycon fits that actually look good on me, due to both my awkward body proportions and my self-confidence, but every item I have tried on from Oh Polly so far has looked amazing and I've felt so confident in it.
I talked to both Kate and Sophie who were amazing and so friendly, literally never experienced such nice and genuinely caring customer service before. Truly believe that if I ever had any problems with purchases in the future, which I haven't as of yet, it would be sorted immediately and a lot of care would be taken in the process.
Will definitely be shopping here again and would recommend Oh Polly to anybody. Very happy and satisfied customer!
This is what my dress looks like after I wore it to a wedding once.
The thread is attached to the zircons (usually in the sitting position) and in the end this is what came out.
I ordered a matching set and the zip for the skirt was faulty. I was told to return it and provide the receipt which I did in January, May - they said they 'hadn't' received it and no credit or money back for the faulty item or postage. I have emailed so many times and they refuse to refund me for the product. Not a good website.
My package was (most likely) stolen from my apartment building as the tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. Aimee and Molly from customer service were extremely helpful, filing a claim for me with the dispatcher and also offering to send another one. I was very upset because the dress was expensive and I was going to wear it for my graduation, and I am very grateful they offered to send me a replacement.
If I could give this business zero stars I would. The customer service is pathetic, they do not care if you receive your product or not - once they have your money that's all they care about. Nothing but a scam. I would recommend staying away from this company and trying somewhere else - ie: babyboo or pretty little thing - much better customer service
Can you please do a bikini cup size that's bigger than a B? I don't know why so many shops do it but why are bikini tops always in sizes 6, 8, 10 when there are obviously women who are a size 8 back but a DD cup?! Makes no sense, just use bra sizes. I know so many people who feel the same way.
I ordered a satin top which was beautiful but unfortunately came with little holes in it due to the straps, I immediately contacted the ohpolly help Account on instagram and sent the pictures. I received help very quickly and the Problem was handled very well and the girl, responsible für customer Service, was very nice. Now I‘ll get a completely new top which has been sent already. Thanks so much!
Really fantastic service from this company, ordered with them for the first time and everything was so quick! Had an issue with the delivery and emailed them and received a response back from Alexandra taking care of the problem immediatly with a professional and kind message.

I was having trouble with an item that didn't fit me but it was too late to return and every time I messaged oh Polly a different person replied and I had to start all over again! I politely explained I needed help and Lucy helped me and told me everything I need to do. Very helpful Thankyou!
I bought a dress at Oh Polly and the chest was too big for me, I tried it on to look if it fits, then I send it back to Oh Polly. Now they say that they noticed "marks on the inside" which isn't possible because I only tried in on. The tags are also still attached even on the outside, so I can't wear it like that even if I wanted to. Now they send the item back to me and I can't get my money back. I think this is very unprofessional because the customer should be able to try it on and send it back it back if they don't like it. You can really see that I didn't wear the dress and I just want my money back. Never buying here again.

Our returns policy states that items must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached, so sadly we are unable to accept back items that have been marked. Provided that your item is in saleable condition we will of course accept this back and issue a full refund back to you. I've always had great customer service with Oh Polly. They are always great about responding to customer inquiries. Recently, Alix and Leigh responded quickly and followed up to my question. Additionally, I always love the quality of the clothes!

When I had a troublesome situation, Aimee and Yasmin did everything they could to help remedy the situation, and executed with perfection, in the most timely manner. I am very happy with their expertise and professionalism.
I ordered some dresses for my birthday so I would have something nice to wear when I go to Vegas. I was worried the shipment might not make it to me in time, so I contacted their customer service. Bethanie went above and beyond to make sure the shipment got sent out and helped me in upgrading my shipping to receive the package before my trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
