Anyone who is reading this please do not order anything unless you know exactly what size you are. Returns are a paint. It's the worst I have never written a review and actually took the time to let anyone know that this "oh Polly " is good to steal from you.
I buy often from Oh polly, and their customer service is always very helpful and kind. Today, I made a mistake with my new order, which is supposed to be shipped to Montenegro. Shortly after, I sent them an email and Bethanie solved the problem
I bought a couple of dresses from here (all great quality) but the second dress i ordered, the wrong size was sent out. I was dealing with Bethanie in customer service who was so helpful. They were always professional and upon proof of the sizing error, she sent me out a dress free of charge without having to return the other one.
So impressed. Well done Oh Polly.
I made the mistake on the item number in my order. I contacted to ohpolly help on Instagram, and it responded me in half days with her work done! She changed my order in a correct way and my money is back in my bank account. I also contacted from email on their website, but insta gave me better response :) thank you!
I ordered an item two weeks before my birthday and it took over a month to arrive, needless to say that I was unable to wear the top I ordered for my special day. I ordered the "Love Letter", mesh corset in the color blush. The packaging was cute but the item itself was lackluster. Although the chest area was more heavily padded than the rest of the corset, it is still sheer. Furthermore, the straps do not stay up, even with adjusting the strap lengths! For a poorly fitting $43.45 top, with nearly $7.00 shipping to arrive over a month later, my final verdict is to save your money.
Leigh and Lucy helped me with my query and responded very quickly! A Massive thank you to them for helping me and explain why the student discount didn't work!

Would give 0 stars. My total was 47.99 with ship and handling fees, but somehow charged 61.16. Product didn't fit, returned it, sent multiple emails. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. Comment on their insta page to respond to my DM and they delete it. Going to have to take the L on this one. Will definitely never shop with them again.
Within a few minutes of filling in the contact file, I got a response by Annie, she provided me with an clear answer and I even got back the amount I paid for the delivery without asking! 10/10 service!
Quick delivery that came within 2 days. Amazing quality, amazing packaging. And Gina who helped me when my student discount wasn't working was lovely and kind and couldn't have done anything more to help me out!
I orderd 2 dresses that got held up at customs so 6 weeks later I never received them. I emailed oh polly and nikki was really helpful and explained what happened, refunded me and kindly said I can keep the dresses when they arrive
The quality of the dresses are amazing! And the customer service is really good! I had an email back from someone called Bethanie she was so polite! Some of the sizes are a bit inaccurate as the model is bigger than me but wears a 6 and it didn't fit me! Apart from that, really please with my order... waiting for an exchange! :)) )
I had problems with checking out my items and the team at OhPolly were extremely quick and supportive when trying to resolve my situation. They constantly checked up and provided thorough information. I was able to purchase my items with full clear understanding of what went wrong and how it was fixed. Amazing customer service and also amazing quality of products.

Oh Polly - quick shipping, clothes to DIE for just wish it was more to my budget haha but that's what the sale section is useful for I guess. Their customer service team is so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Lizzy in customer support/service for explaining things I didn't understand. Returns is also easy and I got a full refund back & ordered a smaller size than what I initially ordered the 1st time.

I've been trying to make a payment using different way of payments and during 4 days couldn't make a purchase because of their issues. Customer service is useless and don't help in any way. All time answeing by created template with no help
I have made a purchase the other day for the Sunset Lover Cross Strap Dress to retail at £0.00. And my friend has also made this purchase. Apparently it was a glitch on Oh Polly's end, but they allowed some of the orders to ship, but they have cancelled my order and refuse to refund me. I have made a purchase of another 2 dresses totaling $18 each and I will not be refunded? I should be at least refunded since they are cancelling my whole order. They refused to send me the other two dresses that I paid for. This customer service is actually a bunch of incompetent useless individuals. They could not even spell "does" correctly and the grammar of their preset messages just sucks. I will be telling my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is completely unfair as a new customer, I either would like a full refund or to get my items.
I tried to order from Oh Polly multiple times with different cards and they been rejecting all my card saying gateway fraud. I been ordering with this card from a lot of different sites and never had any problems with it. This is the only site that keeps rejecting all of them. Please resolve this issue.
