I bought a dress that I really needed. First of all I waited over a week for it and when I got it, It was tiny! I'm 155cm and is very small and I couldn't move with the dress on. It's basically expensive fast fashion. So disappointed and I don't recommend you to buy anything from that site. When I then returned the dress I had to pay 20 for shipping it back even though I only had to pay 8 for the shipping when I ordered the dress. A big scam and I'll probably have to wait for the refund
I ordered from this site for my bday! I ordered my correct size which is an 8, it was wayyyy too small! So me being a black girl I just figured their clothes ran small, for smaller petite women. Which a lot of these do. Because I really liked the items so I returned them. (still haven't received my refund) and I re ordered in a size 12. A whole 4 sizes larger then what I normally wear just so that way if it was too big I could just get it altered. No still wayyy to small. I am disappointed because I leave for Vegas tomorrow! Even more because I know they are like the same company as PLT/Boohoo and I love those sites! Very very unsatisfied. They will not get my business again.
The first time I needed help with one of my orders I got very lucky and got help right away but this time around I have been messaging and emailing non-stop and have barely had any help just had the same thing asked and I give all the information needed but I'm stuck there for hours with now help on my package. I am now to the point where I'm frustrated with trying to get ahold of customer service.
I ordered four dresses for my birthday in January, they did not arrive by the time my birthday came (although they said they would), and so I got an email asking me to pay $149 of duties ( I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS) for dresses that were not even going to be delivered in time, so I refused to pay and told the shipper to just send it back. It's APRIL and I still have not received my refund of $390. No one is answering my emails or trying to help me. I lost so much money, don't ever buy from here!
I ordered a dress, however, it wasn't the right one and the dress was damaged. The staff member Luce, was super helpful she replied fast and also she sent me a new dress the same day. She was polite and very apologitic. Thanks for your help Luce.
Georgina assisted me right away when I emailed about paypal charging me twice, I wasn't sure if ohpolly charged me twice and she followed it up with me over the next few days to make sure it was all sorted for me when it was actually paypals fault!

I had a great experience each time that I reached out to OhPolly customer service as representatives (Lizzy, Lucy, and Molly) have always been very accommodating, caring, and helpful in the issues. Never had a bad experience with the brand where I felt they may be taking advantage, but rather the opposite as I was pleasantly impressed.
I tried emailing them to send me a replacement for my ripped jumpsuit and they refused to. Better off going to Allure the Brand.
Graeme & Caitlin were of great help dealing with my late parcel. Nothing was too hard, they offered a full refund and were very understanding. Highly recommend them.
Lucy got straight back too me with really helpful kind feedback. I was able to receive my tracking number and track my parcel within the hour of her reply!

Do not buy from OhPolly! I purchased a $60 dress a month ago and still haven't received it. They said they were going to "investigate" but now they're just ignoring my emails!
I am really happy with OhPolly's customer service! I was having some trouble with a fake page on Instagram (that was pretending to be OhPolly) and I messaged OhPolly's Customer Service page. I got a response on the same day from a worker who informed me that the account was fake. Their name was Emily S, and they were extremely kind and advised me on how I should deal with the issue. I am really impressed by how quickly they replied, as some businesses take a while to respond, so thank you Emily, and thank you OhPolly!
I ordered from OhPolly twice and let me just say. I hope you don't need to return anything, it was going to cost me $28 to return a dress. Crazy! The sizing is off and customer service was not helpful one bit. However, I ended up wearing the dress just because I was stuck with it and although i ended up liking the dress it was not worth what i paid for it. The second time i ordered, I received a dress that was such a THICK material i couldn't walk straight lol! Did not look like this at all on the site. So I wasted my money the second time around. Wouldn't recommend!
