I've been ordering from oh polly regularly, especially before lockdown. They have a range of amazing dresses that are worth every penny. If I ever had any enquiries regarding my orders were always resolved on the same day. They have exceptional customer service, can not fault them. Recently I was also assisted by one of their representatives - Alex. She was very helpful and had no issue with my enquiry. Would definitely recommend this brand and their customer service :)
I ordered over $500 worth of clothing from this website. I returned only 3 items over a month ago and still have not received any email updates or a refund! I email about my return once a week and i only get an automated response! I am SO upset
Alexandra and Lauren were really helpful when I got in touch with oh Polly over Instagram and resolved my faulty item quickly. Currently waiting for my replacement now as it's been shipped and only got in touch yesterday.

Ordered plenty from here and loved every piece. Recently had an issue with a broken strap, 24 hours later I had a replacement on the way. Lauren and Jess looked after me perfectly!

I had issues with an order but Lauren was so understanding and assertive. She assured me that my parcel would be delivered immediately. Overall happy!
Georgina assisted me right away when I emailed about paypal charging me twice, I wasn't sure if ohpolly charged me twice and she followed it up with me over the next few days to make sure it was all sorted for me when it was actually paypals fault!
