I got a response on the same day from a worker who informed me that the account was fake. Their name was Emily S, and they were extremely kind and advised me on how I should deal with the issue. I am really impressed by how quickly they replied, as some businesses take a while to respond, so thank you Emily, and thank you OhPolly!
