I realized I ordered the wrong size because of the conversion and after sending an email, the customer service representative Leigh, replied to me within a couple hours and said she would fix my problem and send me the correct size. I was so grateful and happy that she was able to help me with no hesitation. Great customer service! I will be buying from this site again! Thank you Leigh!
My package was (most likely) stolen from my apartment building as the tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. Aimee and Molly from customer service were extremely helpful, filing a claim for me with the dispatcher and also offering to send another one. I was very upset because the dress was expensive and I was going to wear it for my graduation, and I am very grateful they offered to send me a replacement.
Wow great customer service. My order wouldn't add on my student discount code. I messaged the customer service on Instagram, for a lovely lady called Jess to help solve my problem. So I sent my dress back for a refund and it was declined as apparently there was a small mark on the dress. I was really angry as I hadn't even worn it and it was £55 for a dress that didn't even fit me. I contacted them and Ellie and Emily C got back to me really quickly and allowed me the refund. So I'm really pleased with the customer Service.
