I was having trouble with an item that didn't fit me but it was too late to return and every time I messaged oh Polly a different person replied and I had to start all over again! I politely explained I needed help and Lucy helped me and told me everything I need to do. Very helpful Thankyou!

Instead of cancelling my order I contacted ohpolly via their website to change some of my order details, making an existing order enquiry. Within 24 hours I received a direct email from ohpolly customer service to say that my order had been updated and would be on it's way as soon as possible. Definitely don't hesitate to get in contact with the company if you want to cancel or make changes to an existing order that is still being processed.

Beautiful dresses with amazing quality. Also fantastic customer service as I emailed Sunday morning needing to cancel an order due to an error on my part and received a confirmation from a lovely customer service assistant called Graeme informing me they we cancelling and refunding me within half an hour of originally sending the request.

I've in shopping with this company for years now and have very rarely had any issues. Their clothes fit beautifully and delivery is relatively quick. However, the times that I have had issues customer service has been amazing and very quick in response to my needs. Most recently Stephanie, Georgina and Leigh helped rectify an issue regarding my last order and were able to issue me a partial refund back without any headache. Will definitely continue shopping with OhPolly!

Luce and Leigh were both very lovely and there service was very polite and made me feel very reassured about my order. In the past I have ordered from companies such as PLT and Nike and whenever I am dealing with there customer service team I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. These girls were lovely and it was lovely to finally be able to talk to people who know what good customer service is! Definitely will be ordering again in the future thanks to them.

I had a problem with the delivery address, I contacted customer service and it was answered directly to me. They listened to me and my concerns were taken into account with great care, and especially patience! Therefore the problem was very quickly resolved thanks to a great team with these clients. I made an error in my shipping address, did not create an account, did not have an order number (all my errors), but used the contact form and received quick, thoroughly helpful and friendly response from customer service, completely fixing my problem.

Although, the shipping and return is really disappointing...
I live in Greece and the last time that i ordered it takes 1,5 month to receive my package!
Also, it is really frustrating that we have to pay for the return postage. For example, i received my package after 1,5 month (OHP7790GB*******001) and it doesn't flatter me too much. So, I decided to return my order...
I have been contacted with many transport companies and they assured me that the return cost is 50€-80€. As you can see i have to double pay the order...
In conclusion, the site is amazing and it has many innovative clothes but i think that you should attach importance to shipping and return policy.

My favorite brand by far. I started ordering from ohpolly about a year ago and now it's the only place I get my bathing suits from! I've recently started ordering from Bo&Tee and I'm obsessed! The quality is amazing and I always get compliments wearing their sets! The customer service is fantastic as well. Always a quick response and always extremely helpful! I love OhPolly as a website and I think their customer service is great, I recently made an order and accidentally ordered too many of the item but it was very straight forward to get in touch with their customer service team and they made it feel so easy to rectify without any fuss as well as being friendly! Not only this but the quality of the clothing is great and I'd highly recommended ordering with them :)
