Ordered a unlock for my note 20 ultra 5g. Paid the 26, then it said it needed another 59. Paid that. A day later now I get a email saying due to COVID. That's bull. COVID is over and has been. Save your money they are scam artists. I'd assume most of these reviews (positive) are fake or paid for.

Rejects 1st info, all info be put in at least 2 times, charges low fee for to start then increases to over £70 before they apparently offer to unlock, probably another closure fee then.

This site is a total rip off. There is all sorts of hidden fees that keep increasing and here is ko way or getting uour money back if your not satisfied. My advice stay well clear of any of these sites.

Don't use this company. They scammed me and never unlocked my phone. So beware. They will charge you 26 dollars for initial download and then will ask for answer payment of 74 dollars totaling 100 dollars. My tracking has been stuck at 50 percent for almost a month now and still no response from the company.

All these reviews are lies, they are paid for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They refuse to refund you, they charge you $25 to do nothing then they charge you $100 more to "release the unlock" and there is no effing unlock, then they will not refund you and they are foreign so there is nothing you can do about it.

Then they blame covid (which has literally nothing to do with digital unlocking on servers) and come up with all kinds of BS like your typical indian/chinese scam.

Over a week of waiting and its stuck in the same place.

Charged initial fee, then charged again with another fee and said the phone would be unlocked in 1 to 7 days which was a month ago and still no progress. The phone was an old iPhone 7 with no outstanding balance left on it. I've been screamed out of $100 DON'T USE THIS SERVICE they're scammers!

Terrible service. I paid 35 CAD, for their 'unlock' service. After a few days they sent an invoice saying they needed another 68 CAD to complete the unlock. I declined and went with another provider who was able to do the unlock for the $19. Stay away from Offical SIM Unlock - it's a money grabbing scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not give them your money. Your led to believe a price the whole way through the purchase and then you have to tick a little box at the end that basically lets them tell you that you only paid for them to check if your phone is unlockable. TOTAL SCAM

O2 absolutely useless and unhelpful, they wouldn't unlock a phone that has been mine for 3 years, i had been using a giffgaff sim in it but needed to use a UW one, a friend recommended this company to me, i paid and a few hours later the phone was unlocked! Thank you! Top service!

Easy it is a simple process other than network issue

They are not selling UNLOCKING CODE, the are selling ""unlock eligibility check service"". And after, they will ask for more money. In my case I first paid 36$ and after they asked for 71$. And I bought the phone for 80$.
Don't waist your money and time, this is scam and I don't know how are the still working.

It took less than 12 hours to get everything done.

Don't ever never pay them to unlock sim they are rip off took my money after 3 days sent me an email they unable to unlcok my SIM demanded another $35. Sent them many emails they never replied.

Firstly this scam company took $35 to check the company to which phone is locked to. Then they demanded additional fee of $99. I paid all the amount. They asked to wait for a month. I daily received their emails regarding the process. Sometimes they wrote that they have confirmation that company has unlocked the sim, but it has been one month the progress is still at 50%. This is a scam company. Stay away from it. Think twice before giving them your hard earned money. They are just looting people money and making a fortune for themselves by sucking the blood of people like us. Dont fall in their traps.

Very easy and straight forward to use absolutely no problems what so ever.

I ordered an unlock for € 23 and they came back asking for another € 88. I paid - My mistake. They wait a few weeks. They quickly reply to emails that they are working on it. They later say that they cannot return the money and this is stated in their terms and conditions. Later they say that they send you 50% in a settlement. They do not send any refunded money. Don't fall for their cheating. 30 days money back policy is a lie. They said it was my fault because I gave them a blocked phone. (I use it all the time). I have reported fraud and give opinions so that nobody will be cheated. They will not refund you any money. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. This company is geared only towards collecting money. They are not afraid to deceive you. Simple scheme of operation. Good website. Collecting cash, doing nothing, not returning money. Don't be fooled.

Apparently they want to talk to me.
I have spoken to this company many times. I have described everything above. This whole company is a scam. They know my refund account number. They have not returned anything to me so far. Talking to them is like talking to a tree. Case reported as fraudulent.

It still appears to be running, but not fixed. It requires a PUK code that I could type in which may fix the problem
