Contraté el servicio de DirectUnlocks para desbloquear un Samsung Galaxy S23. Pagué $84.99 en total: primero por la verificación de elegibilidad, luego por el desbloqueo estándar. ¿El resultado? Me dijeron que el teléfono estaba en "lista negra" y que ahora debía pagar $139 más por un servicio Premium.
Lo absurdo es que el teléfono funciona perfectamente en Altice Dominicana, como demostré con evidencia técnica. El problema ocurre solo en Claro, lo que indica una restricción de red, no un bloqueo global. Aun así, se negaron a reembolsar y ofrecieron una "nota de crédito" que no pedí ni acepto.
Este patrón se repite con muchos clientes: cobran por verificar, luego por desbloquear, y cuando el servicio falla, se escudan en políticas redactadas para protegerse, no para proteger al consumidor.
No devuelven el dinero. No cumplen lo prometido. Y cuando los enfrentas con pruebas, te empujan a pagar más.
No recomiendo este servicio. Es una estafa técnica disfrazada de soporte digital

They first charged me $14.99 claiming it was for an "eligibility check." This is completely misleading, because after that, they demanded an additional $50 for the actual unlock. It's been almost a month, and all I keep getting are repeated excuses like "it's 99% complete" — but the unlock has never been completed. Every time I asked for a refund, they refused and kept dragging the process with vague updates. It's clear they are not providing the service they promise and are tricking customers into paying multiple times under false pretenses. This company uses dishonest practices to lure people who just want to unlock their devices. Based on my experience, I strongly believe Direct Unlocks is running a scam operation. If you're considering using them, don't waste your money. They will take your payment, keep stalling, and never deliver what they promise. Please save yourself the frustration, time, and money — avoid Direct Unlocks at all costs.

Going though the process for my mom. You see in bright bold letters unlocking $24.99. Grayed out is the other portion, extra money to unlock it. Definitely a bait and switch tactic. Reading other reviews, 100% they are AI generated or bot farms. Who writes a 3 page essay on how good things are. Don't be fooled. Save you money.

I was unsured at first because i did not do deep research about this unlock. Att did not let me unlock the phone told to be waited for 60 days even though i paid balance of full amount and been with the carrier for more than 3 years. But directunlocks made it worked and i was successfully able to connect to the new carrier!

Après avoir cherché en vain un moyen de débloquer mon téléphone durant plus de 2 semaines auprès des opérateurs et d'apple, je me suis finalement tourné vers ce site et en quelques jours mon téléphone était enfin débloqué et je pouvais utilisé ma carte SIM française.
