Alright, so I suppose Oasap has been screwing themselves over with the packages since I purchased literally four items (if that even makes a difference) on november 25th and now it's December 24th. Honestly I didn't expect much of a problem since there were so many good reviews on this website on youtube and popular youtubers reviewing the products. I contacted them from their website twice already or even three times and no response. I hope Oasap decides to work out the packages and everything, most likely is very hectic but I ordered an item from China and got it in two days. What's the deal?

Oasap is my favourite web store. On Oasap site I have everything I need from wonderful clothes, bags, shoes, jewerly, accessories. New arrivals, sales, cupons is something that I really love.It`s good for all customers. I already have some items from them and It`s great. I must to say that i have just best words for Oasap. I like communications between buyer and Oasap service. They are always want to help and answer. Shipping is ok. For my country is about 25 days and I dont have problem with that. All the best Oasap!

Guys don't buy on Oasap! This store is totally a fraud!
Over one week ago, you(*******@oasap.com Maria)contacted me and my 2 FB friends to ask collaboration. We three all would love to work with you and agreed on $30/15 posts for a week. We all worked very hard for you and brought you much traffic and sales.
But when we finished, you only paid for one person with $30 and refused to send money to me and my another friend. How dare you do this! Is this how you work with bloggers who promo for you? You liar and your store is totally fraud! I work with many brands and shops but never met such disgusting thing! If i know you are such a sick store I'll never work with you!
It's been 5 days and we sent many mails but no one ever replied! We'll tell all our followers about it and never buy from your bad store!
I'll go complain on Paypal Offical Center and sue you store! Get ready for my legal letter!
Bad bad experiences on OASAP!

I ordered two pairs of yoga pants. They came in the mail 24 days later and one pair was not the ones I had ordered while the other was see through unlike the ones advertised. So I emailed them and sent them pictures of the wrong pair they sent me and they told me they would send the correct ones. I received the new pair a little under a month later and while they were the right color and length, they didn't have mesh like advertised in the picture. The only good thing I can say about this transaction is that they didn't charge me again for the resending of the yoga pants.

I bought a dress on this site and when it arrived, it was NOTHING like what the picture showed. It wasn't the same material and it was very poorly made. Very poor quality. I attempted quite a few times to return it. At first there was no response. But once I emailed them that I was disputing this charge with my credit card, then I got a response. At first they wanted to refund me $5 of the $20 that I spent on the dress. They said that I didn't have to return it. When I said no, they upped it to $9. They said that their website said that that is all they'd refund on an order. I emailed back with a copy of the refund policy on their website that states they will give FULL refunds. I continued to say that I wanted a full refund and to give me the return address. They then said that if I returned it, I could get a full refund but didn't send me an address to send it to after multiple requests. My credit card company must have contacted them, because I finally got an email saying that they refunded me the full amount of my order and I don't have to send the dress back. The dress is going to Goodwill where someone may be able to use it as a cheap apron.

I purchased the Glamour Sweetheart Sequin Mermaid Long Prom Dress in the color Dark Claret. All though the shipping took over a month I expected that because it's being shipped from China. The quality of the dress was much higher than expected and was definitely a steal considering the low price. The only issues I had with the dress itself is that the color is not as true in real life as it is on their site. The dark red that I thought I got was much more on the brown side. Only appearing more true in lowlight. The bottom also wasn't as full as pictured. Other than that the sizing was accurate and the quality was quite good. Happy with my order

Very disappointed with this website. The customer service is horrible and it has been over a month that I ordered a simple shirt and I still havent received it. They gave me a tracking number, when I look it says that my package hasn't moved in almost 20 days! (even though on their website it says that the free shipping takes from 7-15 days).
When I wrote to the site to complain they told me to wait at least 45days and if I still didn't receive my package they would refund me. It is no way of doing business!
So if you do not want to have a bad experience DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a $20 dress that had a large stain on it that looked like puff paint. I contacted customer service, and they sent me instructions to return it but said I'd have to pay to ship it to China! When I asked why because it was defective they offered a $5 credit to have it drycleaned (it would cost me $15 to get it cleaned). When I said it wouldn't come out, they told me the best they could do was a Paypal credit of $10. I paid with a credit card and don't have Paypal! Why should I pay anything for a defective item?!
