OASAP

I have so many problems with this site I don't know where to begin.

1. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. Broken threads, uneven seams, cheap looking and cheap feeling fabrics -- they make forever 21 look like a designer label.

2. YOU CANT RETURN. While they say you can send anything back that you don't like, they don't tell you that you would have to send back TO CHINA. Guess how much it costs for the cheapest way to send a top back to china? $104.23 (I was just at the post office). So if your order is less than that amount, you'll never get your money back.

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. When you have issues (as I did on an order of $175) they offer you a $20 credit. NO THANKS. I want all my money back -- you shipped damaged goods!

4. THEIR SITE LIES. They say things are cotton that are actually polyester, and when you receive it is is so shiny, clingy, and cheap looking you can't believe you trusted them to begin with.

You've been warned -- STAY FAR AWAY.

Oasap is the best site for every women. That is my favourite online store. Everything I need, dress, shirt, jumper, boots, bags, I can find on Oasap. They have great choice, new arrivals. For customers they give special cupons and sales. Service is something that I like the most. When I order some items they answer on every question I have. I am very happy because Oasap excist. I have order for them and i will have in future. My experience is good in all ways, I dont have any problem with priece, order, track number, shipping. Big like for site Oasap.

So I ordered from OASAP because it seems to be great product, ON PHOTO...

Sweater- the shape is horrible, not like photo at all. Of course the quality is terrible
Dress- the top is see through! Which is NOT the way it is on the photos. And the bottom is lined so heavily? Doesn't make any sense.

FINE, i made the mistake of ordering, so how to return?

If you pay for the return shipping to china, which even with USPS, cheapest way and smallest box, its $30+, if they don't fit in an envelope or small box, be prepare to pay for $50+ just on shipping.

SO basically I am STUCK with this stuff, or I just use my return money to pay for return shipping

However, on Oct 7th I received an email that my product had shipped (so clearly my express delivery FAILED). On top of that, my credit card began having fraud attacks on Oct 7th that were ironically based in the same city as Oasap- Hong Kong.

End result?

Still don't have my order and now I have to deal with replacing plastic and all accounts associated with it.

ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.

I will NEVER order anything from this site again. I ordered an outfit for Christmas on Dec 5th. It is NOW Dec 16th, and it STILL NOT LEFT CHINA. Oh its in stock... they just are not doing anything about it. They have also NOT updated the tracking info since Dec. 9th. I went to chat with customer service about it and was told "we will update the tracking info soon, don't worry". YEAH, GREAT. Buy American people. This is ridiculous.

This website is SO stepped on, you loose your patience shopping. Terrible experience. Package took 3 weeks to arrive. Clothes were cheap and literally smelled like they were stored for a decade. They make it nearly impossible to return anything. No SMART LABEL HERE FOLKS! You will be asked to complete and email a return form that is sent to you in an email format that you CAN'T edit, ie complete in any way shape or form. So frustrating! Then once you realize you have to forego that requirement and just fill it out and put the damn thing in the box with the return, you get to mail it to CHINA at your expense. Could not be further than the customer service standard which is now AMAZON! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I got the bird dress from OASAP today! What a wonderful dress! The color and the pattern are stunning! It looks fabulous on my body, I really love it! It's very nice for Spring 2015.

I've been shopping Oasap for years now and I absolutely love this site. They always have the most amazing on-trend fashion at unbelievable prices! I hate to spend a fortune on a trend I may not be wearing long, so when I see a new trend, I immediately check Oasap.com first and I can almost always find the trend at a fraction of a price what I'd pay else where! I also love that even though products are coming from China, Oasap ships so fast! I usually have my product within 2-3 weeks, which is Amazing because other places I've shopped shipping from China take over a month!

Also being a vegan, I love that I can find such a great selection of PU and Vegan leather shoes, bags, and clothing from Oasap. It makes me feel good knowing I can buy cruelty-free from Oasap every time!

My only warning is that when shopping the site, be sure to check the measurements, as Chinese sizes run small. I always check the measurements and my clothing always arrives a perfect fit. I am a size 6 US and generally buy size XL from Oasap.

This place is a SCAM! I ordered a whole load of things. The sizes were all off from their websites, the COLORS were really off, and there was NO way to do returns or have reimbursements. The clothes are very cheap. The wool jacket I purchased was basically made out of Brillo Pads! Terrible- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT trust this doggy online clothing shop from China.

I ordered total worth of clothing for my daughter for over Australian dollars $200 thinking that the clothing were NOT from China, but they were.

Their clothing quality is bad. I could buy better quality clothing in Australia with the same price and one can tries them on and returns easily.

When I tried to return A$120 worth of clothing to them, they asked me to donate to friends and they would give me A$10. When I told them I would alter them and keep them if they gave me 1/2 money that I paid (i. E. A$60 yet I paid A$120), they offered to give me A$20.

The size of the clothing were China size. One dress which was size small was so tight that my daughter who normally wears size small could hardly put it on.

Their shorts were so wide at the legs area and they were like a mini skirt widely open when one sits down in it.

Their Tank-Top were so low at the neck line and the print on the Tank-Top were not clear and of so poor and cheap quality.

They also asked me to pay the postage fees if I decide to return.

This Website is a scam dont shop here. My friends order several things from here including a bit of make up. They sent of the make up but i took serveral months and they did not sent over the clothes. DONT SHOP HERE EVER
