The products are not as pictured. Poor quality, I am trying to return the products, order same items twice by accident. Tried to cancel, partial order sent, can't get a straight answer to returning this junk. Very Unhappy with product and company. Still want to return items but haven't received a return label or response as to how to return. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Disappointed in sizing

The sizing and material is disappointing. I ordered shirts in a medium and one was so small I couldn't get it on, and the others felt like they were stretchy polyester and ran big. I did not like the material the designs were made of. Felt like soft plastic, and will probably crumble and split after a couple of washings.

I looked for reviews and only found positive reviews so I thought it would be okay. AFTER OVER A WEEK OF NOT GETTING ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION, I did some digging and found out the parent name and holy hell did I see an eyeful of problems. According to their website, if the item has not shipped, they will cancel with a 15% fee. Whatever. So I contacted them bc my order was showing as not shipped. Wow, come to find out that it actually HAD shipped (no not really but they claim it did so they didn't have to cancel the order). Not all of the items shipped so I told them to cancel those items. They eventually did. So it took another 2 weeks to get what I knew would be really crappy quality, smelly clothes from China. Guess what, they came yesterday and this place did not disappoint. Cheap materials, a bunch of the items smell absolutely horrid, colors that are NOTHING like the images on the website. I am not paying for any of this garbage. I don't care if I have to pay to send it back to China, I don't want this crap. Even Goodwill probably wouldn't take it. Save your money and learn from my misfortune. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Oh, if one of the reasons listed for why you want to return an item is "a bad odor" you SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I have already notified my credit card company and if this fraudulent company refuses to return these items (I initiated the return within 15 minutes of getting the package and their policy clearly states you have 15 days from the receipt date NOT the date of shipping) then I will let Capital One deal with them and they will be out their money. Not mine.

As I am trying to leave this review, it is asking me for proof of my order (confirmation email). I told you that I didn't get one. That should be proof enough. I gave you my order number.

I ordered some gifts for Christmas. I got two pairs of socks (two weeks delivery time). However 7 months later I still have not received the two jackets that I ordered at the same time. I only buy the perfect clothes, on this website I found what I was looking for a tight dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no loss of color, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch.

Ordered a sweater on 1/17 received it on 3/9. What a joke, I ordered a 3x and it came and was not anywhere near that size. The craftsmanship looks nothing like the picture. POOR. I tried, emailing, calling, no one every answers. Chatting; an agent is NEVER available. NO CARES. TRUST ME - do not buy from this company.
