The top I ordered did not fit correctly and I tried to return it. At that point I was told these were my options which should have been advertised on their site. The choices were 1) to return it to China myself to the manufacturer; 2) to have it altered which makes no sense- it either fits or it doesn't; 3) to accept a 15% refund- I received $ 2.25 on a $ 24 purchase! I am sure this company makes a fortune because anyone who receives their products and that product does not fit, their return policy is beyond unfair and ridiculous!

I thought I'd like to try a new company. Not impress with the fabric.
I appreciate the lower prices and discount. It is difficult to select items as I had to press over and over. Then finally and too many so I had to start over.

I placed a big order, clothing and shoes the summer sandals that I order the material is not good looks like is leather but is not. The quality of the shoe doesn't look good, on the website they look real nice but when I got them (hand to wait a month to get the shoes) i put them on looks like the size was not a good pick, shoes are too big and when walking on them not very steady.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered! I made a $150 clothing order online. Two months later the order arrived and half of the shipment I did not order, half was not the size I ordered, and it all was junky quality. I sent 20 emails over two weeks trying to get a return label or return address. Finally one month later they gave me the return address in China! I was also told I was responsible for all shipping charges and I needed to document the reasons for returning each item, take a picture of the items and request return. By the time I jumped through all these ridiculous hoops they told me it was too late to return anything. 20 more emails and involving the better business bureau Noracora said I could return my order for a refund minus a restocking fee. I paid $100 in return shipping charges. Shipped the entire order to China! Never received a refund and the box was returned my house from Nora Cora from China 5 months later. So now I have spent $250 for a waste of my time and a box of crap that I didn't order. Steer clear they will rob you blind!

It is difficult to return to the place you were shopping after you had chosen one item and wants to continue where you left. All the items I ordered were scattered among clothing items. I think that would be easier to order if all of them were grouped in one category.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
