Fun selection of clothes. I purchased 4 tops & even though the fabric is a bit heavy & different - several require dry cleaning, but we'll see. Tried to return one & you have to ship it back to China at your own expense + customs costs…. Or you get a 15% refund. Probably won't purchase here again.
Love the selection of merchandise. When I tried to purchase an item from my phone, the 'add to cart' button was just missing, so I had to drag out my laptop to order. Also, I gave my email address, got to code EM15, applied it, but at checkout it said it was not a valid code, so I went with GA30 which was not the same discount, so thought that was a bit 'bait and switch'. But, I've ordered some tops and hope to be happy with them.
I have been shopping from this website for a while. Customer service has never disappointed me. It is reliable, personal and efficient service. I am also happy with the comparison of prices on other websites as well as free and easy returns.
I've enjoyed wearing the clothes I ordered. They are pretty and stylish. Two out of 12 items didn't fit but returning to China is too costly. So I was given a small percent refund. You have to be super careful with size choice when ordering each item. The size numbers are different for each item.
I was looking for the 15% discount for signing up. But I am happy with the prices.
They are thief's selling to America from another country. It's impossible to return their products that are falsely advertised. The material looks like cotton on their NORACORA website, but what you received is a manufactured polyester product that will stick to your skin and sweat if worn on warm/hot days. I was unable to return items and lost $100.00 in the process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

When I inquired about returning 2 items, I received an email back stating that all returns need to be sent to their return center in Guangzhou, China. "The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, including possible custom fees). Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s)." Don't believe the '30 DAYS EASY RETURNS' in bold print in the middle of their website. They really deserve lower than 1 star... never, never again!

Noracora is just one name this company uses. Same products, quality photos, and prices listed on other sites. These people need to shut down by the US gov't! Got a "coat" made out of cheap flannel with no hem! Have you ever seen a coat fit into a scrawny plastic bag?
The pic on website look much better quality then what you get they took funds back when I placed order 4/26 as of today still have three items with no idea when to expect. Order must be shipped from China. Think twice on this company. Not what it appears

Clothing is of cheap quality, bears little resemblance to photos. Delivery time endless, still waiting for 3 of the 5 things I purchased. Am not even going to try to do returns and refunds, I'm sure it would be a nightmare. I'll consider this an expensive lesson learned.
Terrible company. Have not heard from them once after writing several times since sept. Received two pairs of very cheap shoes and can't return…also was charge shipping when it should have been free since over the qualifying amount…PLUS you have to pay shipping fees for returns! They are disgusting! Stay away!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them.
