Received two pairs of very cheap shoes and can't return…also was charge shipping when it should have been free since over the qualifying amount…PLUS you have to pay shipping fees for returns! They are disgusting! Stay away!

Ordered shoes for my wife. Cam in 2 sizes smaller. We used the companies sizing chart. When asked about how to exchange, we find that they say we must ship back to China & pay any customs fees. WOW. Their fault & we lose our monies. When I emailed, no direct response. Just company gibberish that did not address the problem. In other words, we got your money... GO AWAY.
WORST online business I have ever encountered. Do NOT believe their suggestion of easy returns. I don't mind paying return shipping fees but they somehow fail to mention that all items must be returned to CHINA, until you submit a return request.

I ordered more than 6 items on May 23,2020. Noracora gave me a tracking number since that date. I received one t-shirt in August 10,2020. Where is the rest? And how i would be able to track anything else if it says that I received them all? A very bad experience with this company. First and last time!
Check out the photo from their site of the model wearing the gloves. They appear to be textured, probably embroidered. Pretty. Unique.
Then look at my hand with the product I received. Obviously the lighting isn't as good, but you can still see the gloves, which are plain old patterned fleece, and very thin.
It looks almost as if they photographed the nice gloves and printed the fabric this way. Not suitable for giving so I need to buy my neighbor something else.
Bought my gf some clothes for her birthday. Most were way too big. One they didn't ship and didn't credit the money back. I tried to return it but they wanted international shipping and customs fees or they'd give me a 15% refund. That's ridiculous. Clothes are cheap. No way would anyone wear this. A complete fail on my part for ordering this and getting ripped off

The good reviews are fake. My cousin and I placed a large order none I mean none of the items were as described or looked liked the pics. Then ur stuck with the product cause you also have to pay for return shipping, and within 15 days. I'm telling everyone buyer beware.

I expected a "natural blend" fabric. Deceptive ad pics looked like very nice linen-like fabric. Labels say "Cotton Polyester" with no % stated. Clearly more polyester than cotton. Sizes are inconsistent. I ordered medium -- some items are too large and some are too small. Save your money. It took 2 months to receive all the items, but would have been worth the wait but for the poor quality.
I can't believe I fell for this- ordered lovely linen pants and got transparent cotton and polyester with bad seams. The one time I didn't look at reviews! Stay away! When I tried to ask about returns, they said they are in China and it is international shipping and there may be customs fees. They will give me 15 percent of the cost in cash instead to "alter the cloth" if there was a sizing issue (!?) Let my mistake be a lesson- don't do it!
This company scams and does not tell you all the clothes etc are mailed from China. If you have something you need to return you are out of luck. They offer 15% of purchase price for refund as a conciliatory action but put a barrier up for any returns or full refunds. It is pure and simple deception from the beginning. Horrible business practice. Don't be fooled.

The first photo shows what they sent, not what I ordered! Completely junky, no-one-would-be-caught-dead-in-it, Not-a-speck-of-cotton-in-it, dress! There are only two reviews on their website, and you cant leave a review! In order to leave a review, you have to provide your order number; when you enter that number, an auto-response pops up with "you dont have any orders". They show beautiful cotton and cotton-blend clothing, yet what they send is not as pictured! The pictured replacement dress was the most expensive at $36.48. I have tried contacting them and they just send an auto-reply listing what you need to do to return an item. This place is totally fraudulent. Check out the better business bureau complaints! This online site's ads need to be removed, along with its website! If people were able to leave reviews, noone would make purchases.
I wish I could have given -5 for my review score!
The clothes are very cheaply made of cheap material and you'll end up losing your money since the customer is responsible for costs in returning the item to China! Stay away!

This company advertises ‘easy returns and refunds'. When several items in my recent order did not fit, I followed their instructions and emailed customer service. I received a polite response from a Ms. Christine Wu, who informed me that their return center was not in San Francisco where the clothes were shipped from, but rather, in China. She further indicated that shipping to China can be very expensive so she suggested I keep the items and they would refund me 15% of my purchase price. Ridiculous

Items are not as they appear in pictures. Excitedly placed an order for 7 items and every one of those items came back to me cheaply made. Cheap, thin fabric and not even a decent quality sweatshirt or sweater like material. You can clearly see in the photos that the fabric is of thin t-shirt quality vs catalog photos. It is definitely true that you get what you pay for. Disappointed because I thought this was going to be a retailer I could love with such cute items presented. The wool was definitely pulled over my eyes. Lesson learned and unfortunately I will no longer be a customer or purchase from this retailer again

Nora Cora clothing web site is one of many I will never buy from again. Web site looks really nice. Great pictures. When the product comes it looks and feels like it came from the dollar store. Takes two months for delivery and returns are at your cost for shipping back overseas along with custom fees. Fabric is so thin. No darts are in the dresses. Sizing is irregular. Heads up when shopping these websites.

Credit me 15% if I opted not to return. Or, they suggested I have to item altered, which would have cost more than I paid for it!
The material of this blouse also felt like thin paper. I will never order from them again! I should have read other reviews about the horrible quality of the clothing, and their ridiculous return policy.
9/28/21. Update…after many emails, and offers of increasing refund amounts, ending in 50% additional, BUT only after I either deleted my poor review, or changed it to 4 stars! I have accepted their last offer, but In all good conscience, I cannot give them 4 stars, so I'm sure they won't refund anything more. I'm completely disgusted with this company!

I thought I would save some money and buy a certain sweater from Noracora. The picture was identical to other sites, but it was not what they sent me. It is stiff, much smaller cable knit but I don't feel too bad now that PayPal reversed the charge. It apparently fit their fraud profile.
I was attracted to the site by the nice looking ladies tops. I bought two as a starter order October 4,22. Unfortunately the sizing surprisingly is way too large, I now see that in other reviews. You must pay to ship returns back to mainland China, alternately they offer a 15% cash refund. EH

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
