I have never dealt with such a terrible company in my life. First of all, they don't announce that they are in China. Then they took forever to send half of my things. The things I did get were so poorly manufactured that I pretty much had to give them away. The shoes were falling apart after the first use and the dress was not the color on the catalog. Everything really was horrible. Don't waste your money! I can't believe it has positive reviews. They must have their employees sitting around all day writing these because they can't be true.

I ordered $175 worth of items from Noracora. All of them were made from inferior materials. I was particularly disappointed in the sweater I ordered which turned out to be a printed shirt. I reached out to the company for returns but I would have to pay for shipping back to China. It also would have to be returned within a 15 day window. Since it took almost a month to get to me I think it's unlikely. They delay your return further by counter offering a refund less than 100%. My refund is for 40%. I would have given them 0 stars if it was an option. Do not waste your time or money. Just go yo the dollar store. Same quality and much faster.

Bad fit and fabric, not accurately described or photographed, bad return policy (you have to pay freight to China, and possibly customs), 15% penalty for return. I have become used to online sellers being more transparent and responsive... this is like the old days of blind mail order. And they took forever to come. I took the 25% refund in lieu of shipping back the return, as it was pretty much a break-even, but learned my lesson.
This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered $100 worth of clothes. Their small size is HUGE. They say 30 day return policy but then they email you that their return center is located in China and it would cost too much money to return and offer a 30% discount on next order! Will never order from here again. Donating the clothes to good will.

Terrible quality merchandise in both size and appearance, bad return policies, lousy delivery service, absolutely NO customer service ethic. Nothing like what you believe the company represents. Wish I knew who to report them to. If you read a positive review it probably came from a scared company owner.
The fabric was shiny and mostly man-made material rather than a nice quality cotton blend. The pictures in the ads look as though the clothing has some sort of form to them but it's straight up and down and does not flow on the body. Very boxy and not flattering. The fabric reminds me of the kind of stuff used to make Halloween costumes for children. I ordered over $250 worth of clothing and I'm returning every single piece. Returns are not easy or quick or cheap.

Noracora is indeed a scam. If you look at the positive reviews they are all without a picture. This leads me to believe they are from the store covering as a customer. I ordered over $200 worth of items. Only one fit, 5 other items have not been delivered. USAA is a bank for the military and its dependents. They will be informed of this store and the fraudulent acts to customers. I will demand a full refund. The clothes do not fit properly and are cheaply made. There are ads on Facebook which is how I found out about them so I will be contacting FB and Google advertising since I also use them for my business. It's time to stop complaining and start acting!
I ordered 4 items from this website and it took three months for Complete order to arrive. Each article is completely different to what it looks like in the pictures on the web. Last to arrive was a cardigan that was supposed to be cotton. It is a polar fleece cardigan! Not even the same colour. It's quite simply, disgusting. Linen pants ordered were polyester and the sized all wrong. The waist band came to just under my bust but was really tight. The dress I ordered had no darts, no shape, looked different to the picture and was too long. Do not buy from this company! It's dodgy.
Unfortunately, this is exactly what it looks like TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I ordered 9 items. 3 showed up - 2 pieces of jewelry and a jacket. The jacket was more like a table cloth cut into the shape of a jacket. One piece of jewelry was an anklet and the clasp broke while trying it on. The other items never arrived even after 30+ days since my card was charged. I was forced to re-shop for the holidays and birthday involved. The return policies are a joke so you'll have to rely on your credit card refund policy instead.
They are horrible. They give you 15 days to make returns but don't respond to your request to return until after that date if at all. In addition you have to pay to ship it back which isn't worth it. They are not true to size ( extremely small) and inferior fabric. So I've donated the multiple pieces I ordered. I order on-line all the time but made a huge mistake trusting this company.

A. customer pays $35-$80 shipping of return item to Guangzhou China. B. Customer gets "permission" from company to request to begin a return with 30 days of receipt. C. Although items are shipped from NYC, returns Must be mailed to China Finally. Company offers to retain 85% and offers to pay 15% cash to disgruntled clients. No stars is proper rating, but is not a rate option.

I placed an order in March and it took almost 2 months to get to me. Customer service is a joke as emails are unanswered. The clothes do not fit as I ordered according to their size chart. I just looked at the sandals I ordered from them and the soles are starting to change color after 4 wears. Please don't waste your money on this company:
I ordered without realizing that good cane from China (my mistake). Items came and easy smaller than expected, maybe three sizes smaller. So I wanted to return them, sent the emails before they even responded. They offered 25% refund if I agreed to keep the items and then reluctantly email return address as I refused to keep clothes. Mailed items in early Sept and today Jan 27,2020 they arrived back. I have since learned that they just refuse package. So I paid $150 on clothes then $60 on postage =$210 out of pocket!
I ordered the beginning of December and expected by Christmas but came about a week later. The clothing is substandard. Nothing fit and the quality was poor. When I placed my order the shipping cost did not appear until I hit PURCHASE then this $30.00 figure appeared. I was stuck. I bought $120.00 worth of poor merchandise. I'll eat this money because I'm not about to pay another shipping cost to hassle with a credit. Stuff looks good on line but none of the 7 items I purchased fit properly. Don't waste your money.

After waiting almost two months for shipment I received a much smaller than expected package. I ordered seven tops, a pair of casual pants and a few accessories. The contents were of horrible quality fabrics and workmanship. Items are definitely misrepresented in photos. Earrings and belt were smaller then represented and of poor quality as well. A waste of time and money as I'll have to donate items to Goodwill. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I won't bother to try to return anything as I'm sure that too would be problematic. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and hope it saves you the trouble.

I received 3 dresses from Noracora. The material was EXTREMELY thin; so thin that I would have had to wear a camisole underneath so as not to show my underwear and bra.
I ordered a size Large for each dress but could not even put my arms through the arm holes it was so tight.
Both sleeves on one dress were fraying.
These dresses are obviously made from the cheapest material possible. I will never waste my money ordering from this company again.

I ordered some clothing for almost $100. One item was $29.99 and did not fit.
The return department offered me $4.50 to keep item. I said no. Then they offered me $6.00. I refused.
I later found out it costs between $24-$50 to return an item to China.
Just be EXTREMELY sure when you order online it's NOT a Chinese Co. If you may need to return. That's my view anyway.
Horrible return process. Took multiple emails just to get the information I needed to return. It no shipping label, you have to get and pay for your own and THEN they only gave me back 60% of what I paid. It's a shame, I liked some of the clothes but now I'm never ordering from them again. Get with the times. Everyone's shopping online now so your return policy is ridiculous and outdated.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.
