Not only is her clothing amazing, but her customer service is 10/10. My inquiries are always answered very quickly with detailed and helpful responses. You will definitely continue shopping with this online boutique. I also love their new collection of seasonal dresses, I can't wait for discounts to be available again!

In past months, my sister and I bought 2 dresses here for our cousins' wedding. They looked absolutely stunning, we loved them and received many compliments that night. The employees of this store were very helpful, helping us to choose the appropriate dresses that would fit our needs by email. Your service was really good.

Pretty simple to order nice unique clothing styles. Just hope quality of clothes is good. Also, that the shipping is handled smoothly. Better discounts for returning customers would be highly appreciated & a great incentive!

Fun selection of clothes. I purchased 4 tops & even though the fabric is a bit heavy & different - several require dry cleaning, but we'll see. Tried to return one & you have to ship it back to China at your own expense + customs costs…. Or you get a 15% refund. Probably won't purchase here again.

Love the selection of merchandise. When I tried to purchase an item from my phone, the 'add to cart' button was just missing, so I had to drag out my laptop to order. Also, I gave my email address, got to code EM15, applied it, but at checkout it said it was not a valid code, so I went with GA30 which was not the same discount, so thought that was a bit 'bait and switch'. But, I've ordered some tops and hope to be happy with them.

I've enjoyed wearing the clothes I ordered. They are pretty and stylish. Two out of 12 items didn't fit but returning to China is too costly. So I was given a small percent refund. You have to be super careful with size choice when ordering each item. The size numbers are different for each item.

Terrible

Ordered blouse that looked beautiful, when order arrived, OMG, completely different, print is blurry, can't even see lines, cheap fabric. DO NOT order from this company! Located in China, return policy sucks! Everything is worse than you can imagine in noracora. Sick and very low quality products, terrible customer service!

Definitely NOT return friendly!

When I inquired about returning 2 items, I received an email back stating that all returns need to be sent to their return center in Guangzhou, China. "The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, including possible custom fees). Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s)." Don't believe the '30 DAYS EASY RETURNS' in bold print in the middle of their website. They really deserve lower than 1 star... never, never again!

The fabrics are ridiculously bad

The only reason I'm not giving this company 1 star is because they responded quickly and politely to an error I made on my order. The clothes themselves are a joke! Apparently linen in China is actually flammable polyester. Lesson learned.

SCAM CO Beware!

Noracora is just one name this company uses. Same products, quality photos, and prices listed on other sites. These people need to shut down by the US gov't! Got a "coat" made out of cheap flannel with no hem! Have you ever seen a coat fit into a scrawny plastic bag?

Clothing is of cheap quality, bears little resemblance to photos. Delivery time endless, still waiting for 3 of the 5 things I purchased. Am not even going to try to do returns and refunds, I'm sure it would be a nightmare. I'll consider this an expensive lesson learned.
