Bristol Cribbs Causeway staff & management rude & unhelpful. Aug 2022 reviews I've just read replicate the bad service I've experienced. I will not shop there whilst certain staff & management still work there. It's infuriating you cannot ring New Look customer services. It's a long winded messaging by WhatsApp. I believe this is deliberate to prevent people having to complain. My experience at Bristol Cabot Circus has been a positive one. I cannot believe the contrast in quality of service. I'm so angry with the way Cribbs Causeway staff have treated me. The CEO needs to know the Appalling behaviour of the staff there. It appears the service changed for the worse following Covid. I'm still so upset, I haven't been back there since 2023 & only just got a chance to put pen to paper to make this review. I wouldn't even give Cribbs 1 star. I give Cabot Circus 5 star
Lovely shirt style dress just not white as stated, wasn't happy when I tried it on, it's a light cream colour.
Not happy as I needed a white dress for a white theme night and this style was just what I was looking for so will have to return.
I purchased Brand new New Look jeans through asos and after two days of wear they ripped right in the $#*!. The material is so thin and cheap that I'm not surprised at all. Definitely would never again purchase this brand. Cheap quality
I purchased a dress instore 40 miles from where I live. I was supposed to of been sent an E receipt. Nothing received. I tried to return to my local store twice and because I did not have the E Receipt they refused. I ex[plained i n ever received it but showed them proof of the transaction on my credit card. They told me to visit the store 40 miles away to sort out!. They also gave me a fake email address for new look help line.
Turn off the music in your Westfield store. Makes the experience uncomfortable and seems like a subtle psychological habit to influence people into purchasing your items.
Please stop.
Ordered online and sent item back. No refund provided despite e-mailing with details. They should be closed down! Disgusting
Save the trouble to contact me. All you offer is £5 if I purchase more from your store. I won't be returning as this isn't the first time I've had trouble. I find it insulting that after endless trouble, all you offer is £5 off your products. No thanks, you can stick the £5
Absolutely 0 professional skills. The secretary made so many mistakes that normal people just don't. The service is really awful.
A real $#*!y atmosphere amongst female staff. New look has gone down hill this year. Prices have gone up on their cheap quality clothing. Manager extremely rude, always gossiping and a ghastly colour of orange. Customer service training desperately needed. Staff are there to "serve" the customers that's why its called customer service
Myself and my wife arrived after 5pm last Sunday and they was approaching us straight away asking us to leave as they was closing when they should of been open to 5.30pm, guess they hate their jobs that much that they cannot wait to go home so rush customers out 15 minutes before closing.
I'd sent feedback to the directors office as it's the busiest time of the year so why close early and the manager in the arndale branch just lied about them politely reminding people it closed at 5.30 when in reality the shutters were half way down on the front and they was kicking people out at 5.15 saying they was closing so shame the directors office couldn't of just viewed the CCTV to see they are employing dishonest managers who treat customers poorly
Offered a £25 voucher from them but told them to just put it towards staff training as they do not value customers as see them as a inconvenience if they arrive after 5 then hassle them back out of the shop
Just been in the Exeter branch today with my wife and we were both appalled at how filthy the shop was
The floors looked like they had not been cleaned for months. Got to the first floor and there was a musty unpleasant smell
Walked out of the shop being careful not to touch anything as we both didn't feel comfortable due to the dirt
Will never go in that shop again and would urge others to do the same. These shops should be made to have standards
I was helped by Morgan who went to no end of trouble to help me find the item I was looking for. Her attitude was outstanding and I hope that if there are any promotions on the go, Morgan would be considered.

Such a rubbish service of new look. The manager herself don't even know what is QR code and how to return the online ordered clothes. Made me run between store and post office four times... at the end they found what QR code is...

Bought a wedding dress. Arrived this morning. Felt cheated. Very disconcerting. Looks nothing like the pictures!
This is probably the worst online fashion store in the world! Will never buy there again! Don't be fooled! I Bought 2 times and 2 times never received the package! AND THEY CHARGE THE SENDING COST without the costumer receive the parcel! They don't have a chat service that properly works and not even a phone number to call to ask where your order is!
I bought a pair of trousers from my local store. They were on the sale rail but when I got to the till was told they are new in, so full price. Ok. Paid full price as I liked them. When I got home I checked on line and they were 40% off. No phone number to call, chat suspended. Customer Service is less than zero. Awful. Wont shop there again.
I can't believe when I sent messages through facebook as this was the only way that I got answered. That all my messages relating to an ongoing problem have been read and the circle by side of message shows filled in with a tick. But NO ONE has had the courtesy to respond.
Complete rudeness and not the customer service I would expect. You would have thought in these hard times from the past year the would do everything they can to keep their customers.

Placed an order for over £70 which accidentally defaulted to an old address. Spent the next 2 and half hours trying to get through on customer services only to be told that orders cannot be cancelled or changed (even though it hadn't been dispatched) and that I would be charged full price for items I would never recieve. I have never used an online company that could not cancel orders before dispatch. Money grabbing and really poor systems, should not be operating online if they do not have the systems to cope. Order no. HM*******
