Me ha gustado que la publicidad no es engañosa. El producto es tal cual se muestra en la foto.
El servicio de atención al cliente es bueno, aunque es un poco incómodo tener que comunicarse en inglés.
Me gustaría que se describieran ciertas cualidades del producto, en el caso de la ropa, que tipo de fibra, si es de algodón o poliester por ejemplo.
Supongo que es normal, pero los productos tardan demasiado. Dado que hay que pagar por adelantado, la demora en recibir el pedido es un poco inquietante.

I had to pay a substantial 'tax' / 'duty' bill i never had to pay before. It is a big deterrent moving forward for me.

I would like to say, that I was disappointed about the situation, that prices were first in CHF and at the end invoice in EUR (which I did not realize until I did see my credit card invoice). Also the delivery costs are very high and on top of that I also received an invoice for customs. I know that most probably for the delivery and customs it's not something that you can change. But the prices should either be in CHF or EUR (not both). Thanks and best regards.

It took a long time to get the item and when I finally got it, it was broken. The hole in it is so big that I cannot fix it and... it will not stay inflated more than 3 seconds.

Very easy to view photos, read product description and place order. Unfortunately I miss the ability to feel the fabric and check the fit when buying online so have had to take in quite a bit and the fabric was not quite what I had expected.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
