I ordered slippers for myself and a shirt and a blouse for my wife. I am very satisfied with the slippers - they look exactly as on the web site, they are of good size and quality. On the contrary, we are not satisfied with the shirt and blouse because the shirt is too small while the blouse is too large (even though we checked the sizes very carefuly before ordering). Hence, I have rather mixed impressions in general.

I like these panties. They don't ride up. Too bad they seem to be discontinued.
Although we're still enjoying summer, I already know that the coat I bought is exactly what I wanted, something warm and easy to wear when we hit autumn and winter. I put my order in and was agreeably surprised that my order arrived with little delay, considering the current global pandemic. Awesome looking products that look interesting in the photos but do not look good when wearing them.
The clothes that I bought have a much neater fit in the photos. The products I received are much more loose than I anticipated and they are very very thin material. They do not have any stretch to them so it feels like I can break the seams of rip any part easily. Maybe worth $20 CAD a piece and shipping was expensive. Won't recommend unless you know what you are getting.

I ordered a multi-coloured hoodie for my son. It didn't take long to arrive, and came well packaged. The item was exactly as it appeared on the website. He is really pleased with it and it fits him well.

2 of my 4 items were very good. The sizes for the jumper however meant it didn't fit very well. There doesn't seem to be a size for tall, thin men. To get the arm length I had to order a massive chest size. I have a 44 chest but the arm length with that chest size is way too short. This all meant that it doesn't fit very well

I've ordered the item to my address, and it was accepted. Also it stated that I'll receive the item in 7-10 days. I didn't hear anything about the item for more than 2 weeks, then I got a mail that it's going to be late, and received a new date, but they couldn't hold the new date either.
Another thing is that I've oredered the item to my home address. Once I've received an e-mail from a third party I have never heard about, about a package that I ordered to a totally different address. I replyed by letting them know that I didn't order anything there, so they asured me that they'll take a look. Nothing happened, about more than a week later I got a text message that my package is available and waiting for me on this address different from mine. At first I didn't think it was my NewChic package, because there was no sign for that. I went to the place, and it was a pick-up point. It was my NewChick package... I shouldn't even mention that the packaging was your typical envelope packaging from China, so nothing other than what you get when you order from wish for example.
I kind of have the feeling that NewChic only resells cheap chineese items from aliexpress or wish or other sites such these, and resells it on a higher price.

I loved the variety, but I would never have bought the products if I had seen them in a shop. The blouse was supposed to have been on sale, but I was charged full price. The blouse was not embroidered but it was painted on. The pants looked so interesting but were very baggy. The tshirt is fine.The fit of it all was good.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
