I hope I'm not ultimately disappointed in this company since I love the dress I ordered on 9/9 2016... even though policy says no payment until item ships the money is already paid to them via PayPal. If that's because PayPal took $$ already I'm ok with it... but I had to send an email to find out why shipping had stalled. Someone named Yuki Wong responded to say the dress was on backorder and that they fill orders in order received. The due date for the dress is 4 Oct. Now but have no way to know what my priority is to have it sent... I emailed Wong asking why noone had courtesy to let me know why the item shipped especially since they've got my money... no answer from her yet! I would like to give them more stars if dress ships around 4 Oct. Stay tuned!

I was wary of ordering from NewChic because of the mixed reviews but ended up going for it because I really liked a bag I saw from a YouTuber's video which she mentioned was from this site. It was a 50/50 shot making my first order in July but I'm glad I didn't have problems and the shipping came in less than 2 weeks coming from China in mint condition.
I decided to order again last August, hoping the first time wasn't just a fluke - two dresses and made sure to get my measurements correct knowing the sizing was a little different. Again my order arrived in less than 2 weeks and the sizes were perfect. I'm normally 6/8 Small/Medium in U.S. sizes in clothes and was really worried because the measurements on their website lined up to me having to order U.S. size 4, but I'm glad in the end it was definitely the right fit! Based on my experiences, I would definitely buy from NewChic again.

Ordered leggings 3 weeks ago and still no notice that my order has even shipped. I found out it was coming from China so I figured it would take a while. I emailed them to see if it shipped but they did not answer. Filed another with paypal and still waiting to hear from seller. Will NOT use them again. At least answer my email so I know what is going on...

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding arrival for purchased products. I hope that I have a better experience. I've notice that the reviews once you sign in with your Google account uses account user pics. Seems like a security risk. Probably will be first and last time ordering.

I placed an order for two items on the 11 August today is 15 September. I have not received my items as yet. 30 August received an email with tracking number saying my items have been sent. Looked up tracking number and they say that item is delivered (it's in chinese for the most of it). Believe me, the items have not been delivered as yet.

Finally, my order arrived. The shoe is fine. But the dress and top... disappointed. They run 2-4 inches smaller than the measurements provided on their site. Contacted customer services. To get a refund, I'll have to return the merchandise to China, pay the shipping cost and provide a tracking number. The shipping cost from US to China via USPS is $32 which is more than 50% of the merchandise cost. They put up the wrong information on their site, and now I have to pay for their mistakes? Not sure what to do...
I received my first pair of shoes and they were too small. I contacted customer service and was contacted a day and a half later (totally understandable because of time changes) and was given several options. I picked to have the next size up sent and they are amazing! I Love Them! Completely satisfied and will tell all of this awesome website!
Bought a bag online and try to cancel within few hours. Customer services advice was either accept it or return to China ( the product came from China) which is already on the way. I feel sorry for the customers who spends more money than me. Be careful before ordering items.
I received my dress which was perfect until I washed it as per the instructions and it shrank a dress size, which was disappointing. Not a problem as New Chic without question after receiving my concerns said they are shipping me a brand new dress a larger size. I offered to re ship back the original dress but they have said for me to keep. I will find someone to pass it onto. What wonderful service. I would recommend using this online company and will use them again myself. 5 stars for sure. And refreshing to know if their is an issue you dont have to fight your way to get a positive resolve. I ordered my school bag around 3 weeks ago and received an email saying that my bag will arrive in 7-12 working days. On the 13th day I was starting to get worried so I tried to call... no answer. I posted a question on their website... no answer. Then I sent an email and FINALLY they replied saying that my bag will arrive in one week. One week had passed and I gave them 2 extra working days just in case I did not read the emai correctly. So now at least 20 working days have passed and I still haven't got my bag. So for the first two weeks of school I have to combine my school bag and PE kit into one. I have tried to email again but... no answer. What a surprise. I really hope my bag comes but regardless I am never using New Chic again. I cannot even comment on the value, shipping, returns and quality because my bag is still not here.

Bought 2 pair of shoes. One customer said they run small. I normally wear an 8 but purchased a 9. When I received them, they were equal to a 7. I emailed newchic immediately. They had me measure them and forward a picture of the tape measure next to the shoes. Made no sense, but I did it. They emailed me back and said I have to pay postage, because they are the right size. I tell them I measured them against my size 8 shoes and they are much smaller. To my dismay, the last email says to sell them to a relative or friend. Please, please, don't buy from this company. The people who wrote great reviews surely didn't have to make a return. The cost to return was $30.00!

I have bought three bags from here and love them all. They do take a bit longer to arrive but at the very good prices it's worth the wait. I am sure I will be tempted by more.
Sent me the same order twice and charged my card twice. I refused the second item when it arrived and it was sent back to the company. I am still waiting for a refund. I was literally told 'don't worry about it' by customer service. Products are mediocre at best on top of it.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
