SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE... DO NOT ORDER FROM NET FASHION AVENUE. If you go to their store in Blue Springs, Missouri, they have a wonderful selection, but BEWARE, if they do not have the dress you want in stock, they will LIE about when it is coming to you. They will tell you it is being shipped & will get you a tracking number and then never get back to you. When it gets close to the date you need it by, you will not be able to get them to call you back, answer emails, or even answer the phone unless you block your number. My daughter's dance is next week. Thankfully, I was able to find the dress she wanted somewhere else, but had to paid for expedited shipping and now will be cutting it close to find shoes and accessories. Michelle will talk to nicely to you and call you "Darling" and assure you everything will be fine. I finally got her to answer on Live Chat. Her response to me after complaining was: " After we tried to make you happy that is what we get" and "I cannot respond to phone calls and e-mails that you keep sending every 5 minutes" GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUH?!

Website is a great way to find dresses! It is easy to use, and has a great selection so I can always find something I need. Great prices too!
Stay away from this website! I wish that I had seen some of these reviews prior to placing my dress order with this company. Apparently they do this often from what I saw on the other reviews. I called to check on the availability of a dress for my daughters winter formal. They said that they had the dress in stock immediately available for shipping, but that they would not take phone orders (should have been my first clue) and that I needed to order it on-line. I already had the website pulled up in front of me so I started the order process before I hung up the phone. The order was complete in less than 5 mins from the call. 7 days later we still did not have the dress, so we called to check the status and we were told it was being processed in 2 days. Day 10, I called to check the status and was informed that my order had been cancelled because the transaction on my card had been declined. I told the women on the phone that there was no way that was possible that I knew for a fact the money was there and that I worked for the Financial Institution that the card was with and that I could pull up the account while I had her on the phone to verify the balance as well as check to see if a transaction was attempted on the card and it was not. The customer service person put me on hold and did not come back to the call. I called back and got the same person and she told me that she was not allowed to wait for me and that is why she put me on old. I told her that I had checked and there had not been a transaction sent through on the card and she said she could only transfer me to their billing department, which ended up being voicemail. My daughter called, was given the same response so she asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep yelled at her and then transferred her to yet another voicemail box. We now have a little over a week to find a dress for this event.
I plan on reporting this website everywhere I can!
For whom wants to know, the amount of $443 was issued back on 09-18. There is no police or FBI agent that can force us to take your abuse. We wish you good luck and all the best.
This website is the worst... well the site looks fantastic and that's the draw. I ordered a dress for my daugther's prom mid April, was told they would have it mid May and it would be sent. My first clue to a problem should have been when I was charged a rate of exchange on my credit card (Canadian to Amercian) for the dress... when the Canadian dollar was worth more then the American dollar at date of order!
As time went on and I was desperate, I was in contact daily, trying to figure out what to do. I was told to give other options in case the dress didn't come in, but after my daughter giving choice after choice that wasn't available (some that were even advertised as "now available" on the website, but couldn't actually be ordered until August!), we were really desperate. The Thursday before the May long weekend and the very last chance we would be able to get ANY dress, I called repeatedly and waited on hold for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT, in 15 minute increments, trying to get an answer... which never came. I then emailed, begging for our money back so my daughter could find another dress for her prom in 1 week. I stated they could keep the shipping fee and the rate of exchange, just refund the $550 for the dress.
I got a reply on the Monday, stating I couldn't have my money back, we could have a credit for 18 months. When I emailed back, citing an ambiguous International Refund Policy and again pleading for a refund, I got a reply stating my account had been sent to a collection agency. I literally laughed out loud. My account, for a dress that I had been charged for yet didn't have, was being sent to a collection agency! I was actually looking forward to that call, I couldn't wait to hear what that agency had to say... which I might add hasn't ever happened!
So don't be sucked in by the nice website or any deals they may say they have, it's all smoke and mirrors!

When you sign a contract that becomes a legal document because it is an agreement made between 2 parties. So what you are telling me is that the contract I have with my landlord is invalid because in accordance to how you think- my landlord lies and doesn't repair what he is suppose to repair so I can do whatever I want...
Or how about the marriage license- that is a contract between 2 people that wants to be married forever until the death do them apart... But 3-4 years later they changed their mind. So they lied to each other because now they cannot wait until death do his/ her job... So instead of just shredding this contract they have to go to court, pay lawyers and battle it out...
So a contract is a contract and is valid because is an agreement between 2 parties. Once you want out of the contract you need to battle it out like you will do in any other situation, but you cannot just scream invalid.

You were aware when you came to our store that the dress you ordered was not in stock and we would order that only for you. The dress arrived yesterday and you need to come in to pay to be able to collect the dress. Please call us at 18004416421 so that we can make a special appointment for your pick up of the dress so that we can have the local authorities present due to your high threats against the safety of our employes. Please bring cash for the payment for the dress as we will only accept cash from you.
Answer: Has anyone sued them for their money back? Cuz I'm about to file in small claims court.
