Operators give false information on availability of items and despatching times. They are not customer oriented. I faced rude responses and unfriendly treatment contacting them. I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone. Swindlers.
This entire company is a fraud! Be extremely weary of giving them your card number because they have many "mysterious" things occur whenever they "place" your order! I tried to get 5 different dresses and waited months to find out that every single one was unavailable. They need to be shut down immeadiately! As to when i called the store to talk to them, the lady yelled at me and sent me to her manager whom did not answer the phone. Take your business elsewhere!
I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience as a customer I ever had. Don't buy from this store. Its a waste of time. Customer service is a joke, nobody answer you, they dont have any respect.And you might never get your dress.

Netfashionave is a scam. They keep your money, and issue no credits, or receipts. Stay away from there website. If it look's to good to be true. It is. I can't believe I was suckered in. BIG MISTAKE. Go to a established Co.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They send the wrong dress, acknowledge it and then request you send it back.
They then refuse to reimburse you for the postage which from Australia is quite expensive.
The right gown was ordered and paid for back in February 2011.the wrong gown was delivered at the end of January 2012. There were costant emails sent by me asking why I was not getting any communication as to the whereabouts of the right gown.
They are extremely unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional.
I would like to commend Net Fashion Avenue for your exemplary customer service. I placed an order and the postal service messed it up. However, you made everything alright. I am completely satisfied because you all did everything in your power to ascertain that my shopping experience was a good one. I will continue to shop with you for any of my special occasion needs. I was stunned to see so many poor reviews for this company, but I took a chance and ordered an evening gown from them on line. I'm so glad I did. My dress was in stock and was shipped to me within 6 days. The dress is gorgeous. Also a terrific price, I saved over $200, compared to the same dress on other websites. I would certainly buy from them again!

Great company! I ordered my 2012 prom dress from them at the beginning of December of 2011. I was told it would be a special order that would take 10-12 weeks. I just got my dress today and it's perfect! The staff was really nice during the whole process and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a dress for a special occasion!
I was appalled to see all the negative reviews on this site! A friend ordered her homecoming dress from this site last year and suggested we both use it for prom this year. After finding the dress I wanted, I contacted customer service to see how long it would take to ship. They told me the dress was available so it would take about a week for me to get once I place my order. The customer service was very pleasant and the shipping time quick and accurate. I did have a problem finding the tracking number at first, so I called and they were happy to help me. Turns out I was just looking in the wrong place! :) I received the dress a couple days ago and it's perfect! I would recommend this site to anyone who needs a dress for a formal occasion!
I am a raving fan! I have been a customer of Net Fashion Avenue now for two years now and have worn several of their designer gowns and cocktails. They are always my go-to place for all the new styles and designers (I also follow them on Facebook so I can stay in tune with what they carry). They have the biggest selection to chose from. I am a pageant lady, and have many dresses that I need for all types of occasions. Nina (I refer to her as Nina the Fabulous) is my personal consultant for every event. She knows my style and fit and always chooses pieces that fit my personality and need. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her; she represents NFA so well, and I adore doing business with her and NFA.
From selection to delivery, and all the experiences in-between, I recommend NFA.

You were aware when you came to our store that the dress you ordered was not in stock and we would order that only for you. The dress arrived yesterday and you need to come in to pay to be able to collect the dress. Please call us at 18004416421 so that we can make a special appointment for your pick up of the dress so that we can have the local authorities present due to your high threats against the safety of our employes.
They stole my money and didn't ship me my dress,, after one month they told me it's out of stock and they don't offer refunds! What shall i do now? Every dress i chose instead of the first one they say out of stock?! I hate this fake store.! They don't answer my calls, email, and always their chat online is off! Bad customer service!

Be careful ladies. We ordered a dress for my daughter for her May 10th prom on January 2nd. We were just told by Sherri Hill that it would not be in on time... her prom is in 4 days. They didn't offer any help in finding her a new dress - she is a 00. We will never order anything from them again. They are beautiful dresses but if you can't count on them to be delivered in time then they aren't so beautiful any longer. The good people of another dress company search their stock, e-mail us the style numbers of the dresses they had in her size ready to ship and ship the new dress over night. Who do you think will win our loyalty going forward?

After going there with my title holders, I will never go there again! They tell you they can get a dress, then put down the wrong number. After they get your money, they won't answer your calls.

Do not order anything from this website! You are paying for a nightmare! I paid hundreds of dollars for a dress that I still have not received after months of waiting! My event is now in 3 days and I am dress-less! They said they had it in stock before I placed my order... so why don't I have it yet! I asked for a refund but they refused, apparently they have a no refund policy which you agree to when you go to make the payment (can you believe that?!) I have pretty much accepted that I will never get the dress back, however I will not stop until I have my money back, you will be hearing from the authorities Net Fashion Avenue!
This site is nothing less than a complete SHAM! They will take your money and then not ship your order. When you call to find out what happened to your order they will promise to look into it and call you back but then they never do! Then, don't bother trying to call them again because they will not answer your calls!"
I've bought my prom and homecoming dresses from here, and always had a good experience. Karen is very good with customers, and makes sure you are pleased with your purchase. Lots of unique dresses, you couldn't find anywhere around here! Will definitely go back!

After hearing about NetFashionAvenue from some friends at my high school, I decided to make an appointment to find a dress for my senior prom. I walked in and was immediately welcomed with an excited employee. She had already pulled a bunch of dresses in my size that fit my likes that I had described over the phone. She helped me into all of the gowns and told me her honest opinion (not some made up junk just to make a sale). She was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I eventually found a dress that I fell in love with, as soon as I put it on. It is a beautiful gown by Nika that makes me feel like a royal princess! I have ordered a dress 7 days ago, was lead to believe it would be at my door within 2 business days- yet I am still waiting on a confirmation regarding shipping.
I have repeatedly called throughout the week, trying to speak to a HUMAN BEING and this was not possible, had to leave numerous voicemails attempting to get a call back from someone with no luck.

When you sign a contract that becomes a legal document because it is an agreement made between 2 parties. So what you are telling me is that the contract I have with my landlord is invalid because in accordance to how you think- my landlord lies and doesn't repair what he is suppose to repair so I can do whatever I want...
Or how about the marriage license- that is a contract between 2 people that wants to be married forever until the death do them apart... But 3-4 years later they changed their mind. So they lied to each other because now they cannot wait until death do his/ her job... So instead of just shredding this contract they have to go to court, pay lawyers and battle it out...
So a contract is a contract and is valid because is an agreement between 2 parties. Once you want out of the contract you need to battle it out like you will do in any other situation, but you cannot just scream invalid.
