Online buyers beware. Do not purchase online from this site their shipping policy is deceptive along with order confirmation and availability. They don't refund even though they don't honor their shipping policy and send your name to a debt collection agent even though they have your payment! You are left without a dress for your upcoming event! Out of pocket and extremely disappointed and ripped off.

I ordered two dresses over a month ago and I needed one for this week, it was never delivered. Also they are so unprofessional they never answer the phone nor the emails. These people are so irresponsible, seriously I think I am going to have to bring lawyers to this situation. ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER FOR NET FASHION AVENUE.
Yes they have a lot of beautiful dresses but it is not worth your time. I was also said that they have "no refund policy", well practically playing with my money is illegal.

I was searching for a certain Sherri hill dress and I couldn't find it anywhere! I found netfashion avenues number on the Sherri hill website after hours of searching for this dress. I spoke with Michelle she's amazing I adore her! She said my dress was in stock in my size and color! I was over the moon happy with this news. She told me to order it online. I ordered it Wednesday and received it friday. Omg I love it it's perfect I'm even getting a free u bra. I read everyone else's reviews and what most people don't understand is you should contact them first to see if they have it on stock. When they say it'll b in stock a couple months from now it's not their fault it's the designer. I recommend them to anyone domestically maybe not international but that's because it's not their fault if the shipper loses your package. I do not work for this company I'm just a Michigan girl defending this great company.

Do not order anything from this website! You are paying for a nightmare! I paid hundreds of dollars for a dress that I still have not received after months of waiting! My event is now in 3 days and I am dress-less! They said they had it in stock before I placed my order... so why don't I have it yet! I asked for a refund but they refused, apparently they have a no refund policy which you agree to when you go to make the payment (can you believe that?!) I have pretty much accepted that I will never get the dress back, however I will not stop until I have my money back, you will be hearing from the authorities Net Fashion Avenue!
DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFASHIONAVENUE! They do not care about their customers and cannot fill orders. They still had not processed my order after 16 days. Their excuse was they have to make sure the credit care was good Give me a@#@% BREAK! All it takes is a few key stokes and your credit card is charged. They had excuse after excuse. The shipping address was different so it would take longer etc. I canceled tonight on a $550.00 gown.

My daughter had horrible experience with this scam company. After many lies she never did recieve her prom dress as promised. They told her they would not cancel the order, so she had to discontinue her credit card account before they charged her for a late dress which would have most likely been the wrong one. After she canceled her card she recieved a few very scarry emails saying that she would be hearing from their lawyers. She is only sixteen and works hard for her money. I think she learned a valuable lesson with this experience... Please dont take a chance with this company. They are crooked scammers and will take full advantage of you.

I am a raving fan! I have been a customer of Net Fashion Avenue now for two years now and have worn several of their designer gowns and cocktails. They are always my go-to place for all the new styles and designers (I also follow them on Facebook so I can stay in tune with what they carry). They have the biggest selection to chose from. I am a pageant lady, and have many dresses that I need for all types of occasions. Nina (I refer to her as Nina the Fabulous) is my personal consultant for every event. She knows my style and fit and always chooses pieces that fit my personality and need. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her; she represents NFA so well, and I adore doing business with her and NFA.
From selection to delivery, and all the experiences in-between, I recommend NFA.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought a prom dress and expected a shipment within the next week or two... about a month later we had not heard from the site and continuously called and no one answered. They finally shipped the dress but when we got it, it was marked wrong, they sent me an extra large when I needed a smal... Sent it back and they still haven't sent me the correct dress size... Prom is in two weeks. Wish me luck!

My Experience with this site is the worst Experience I've ever had.
They lie to me when I asked them if this dress is availble ( Sherri Hill ******* dress) they say yes. I watited the to ship it sooo long but they didnt. It cost me $1,050.
Then I send them an email and asked them to replace it with another dress which is ( Tarik Ediz Evening dress *******) the status changed to ( Shipping in 48 hours)
It suposed to be shipped 2 weaks ago!
Now they didnt answers my emails.

Be careful ladies. We ordered a dress for my daughter for her May 10th prom on January 2nd. We were just told by Sherri Hill that it would not be in on time... her prom is in 4 days. They didn't offer any help in finding her a new dress - she is a 00. We will never order anything from them again. They are beautiful dresses but if you can't count on them to be delivered in time then they aren't so beautiful any longer. The good people of another dress company search their stock, e-mail us the style numbers of the dresses they had in her size ready to ship and ship the new dress over night. Who do you think will win our loyalty going forward?

SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE... DO NOT ORDER FROM NET FASHION AVENUE. If you go to their store in Blue Springs, Missouri, they have a wonderful selection, but BEWARE, if they do not have the dress you want in stock, they will LIE about when it is coming to you. They will tell you it is being shipped & will get you a tracking number and then never get back to you. When it gets close to the date you need it by, you will not be able to get them to call you back, answer emails, or even answer the phone unless you block your number. My daughter's dance is next week. Thankfully, I was able to find the dress she wanted somewhere else, but had to paid for expedited shipping and now will be cutting it close to find shoes and accessories. Michelle will talk to nicely to you and call you "Darling" and assure you everything will be fine. I finally got her to answer on Live Chat. Her response to me after complaining was: " After we tried to make you happy that is what we get" and "I cannot respond to phone calls and e-mails that you keep sending every 5 minutes" GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUH?!

For the sake of your finances and your sanity, please, please, PLEASE do NOT order from them under ANY circumstances. Case in point: I ordered a gown on October 31,2012 for an event 3 months out, with a promised delivery date of the first week of December. When the gown did not arrive as promised, I called the company and was put on hold for 15 mins and then rolled over into their corporate voicemail. I never received a call-back. I repeated this process no less than 30 TIMES since the initial call to customer service, and was only able to speak to a human being three times. After having exercised much patience and far too much tolerance, I filed a dispute with American Express, only to immediately have a "Sent to Debt Collection" status posted on my Net Fashion Avenue account. I called NFA and was told that the inquiry would have to be lifted in order for the dress to be shipped. I did so, and had Amex call them directly (patching me into the call), only to have Michelle (yes, her again) rudely tell the Amex rep that the dress would not be shipped until they had hard proof that the inquiry was suspended (which would not appear until the next billing cycle. Even the Amex rep was frustrated and disgusted with the quality of their service!) You get the general gist of how they do business -- frustrate the consumer with confusion, misrepresentation and lies and then have the nerve to send the site to debt collection when the consumer doesn't suck it up. If the dress you want is unavailable on a reputable website, please do not resort to using Net Fashion Avenue.

I just wanted to give Nina and the crew at Net Fashion Avenue kudos all the way from Sydney, Australia. At first I jumped right in and ordered a dress without double checking if it was in stock, but I was able to clarify with Nina what was in stock ready to go and changed my order for a beautiful MNM Couture gown for my engagement. Yes, it would have been great to be able to simply go by the site, but considering the amount of stock and orders this company deals with, AND the fact that we're advised to call/email/chat to confirm availability BEFORE ordering, the integrity of this company still is high in my opinion. I absolutely love this place. My daughter is a pageant contestant, and when we happened into the Net Fashion Avenue store in Blue Springs, MO, we entered into a dream world. Karin and her staff are generous with their time and expertise. They make sure they know the girls before outfitting them. There is an amazing array of gorgeous dresses, from cocktail and after 5, to homecoming and formal gowns, to pageant and prom. The best in couture gowns are here, with well known and reputable designers. The selection of shoes is amazing, and the jewelry is perfect to enhance your look. You get personal service from Karin and her staff, who are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. We have been to Net Fashion Avenue three times in the last month, and each experience is better than the one before. The store makes you feel like you're in a New York boutique, and the comfortable seating area is a great addition for those non stop shop marathon days. When you're looking for something special to wear, Net Fashion Avenue should be at the top of your list for places to shop.
