My daughter had horrible experience with this scam company. After many lies she never did recieve her prom dress as promised. They told her they would not cancel the order, so she had to discontinue her credit card account before they charged her for a late dress which would have most likely been the wrong one. After she canceled her card she recieved a few very scarry emails saying that she would be hearing from their lawyers. She is only sixteen and works hard for her money. I think she learned a valuable lesson with this experience... Please dont take a chance with this company. They are crooked scammers and will take full advantage of you.

İ found the dress that i saw in a Movie at Net Fashion Avenue, and got really excited, then i called the company and told them the timing is really important for me, Nina at the customer service, helped me so much. She answered all of my questions with patience and told me " Dont worry i Will personally keep an eye on your order and let you know about all details" she dıd keep her promise after i talked with Nina i decided to place an order. She shipped my dress 2 weeks earlier than she promise. She really is perfect. Thank you so much Nina. When i saw this dress i fell in love with it and wanted to wear it for my only sister's wedding and you encourage me to buy the dress because of you i trusted the company and buy the dress. Thanks to you and the fashion avenu a lot. You guys are very reliable and have very good work ethic. Wish you guys good luck in your bussiness. I would just like to thank NetFashionAvenue for helping my dreams come true. I was struggling to find the perfect wedding dress, after many fittings at other dress shops. After seeing a few wedding gowns at NetFashionAvenue.com that I absolutely loved, I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. I told them what I was looking for and described my dream dress. They then directed me to Tony Bowls wedding gows, where I saw the dress of my dreams! I told them that was the one I wanted and ordered the dress! I now have the dress and it was more than I could have ever asked for! It is the most beautiful gown! Avoid this store like the Plague! You are better of buying from Norstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales or any other store. These are the rudest. They have abusive practices. I tried to cancel my order wiithin 24 hours and they claimned once "you clik" the money is theirs. Unheard from a company to bill your Credit Card prior Shipping. This is illegal in most internet places and they have to be stopped. I will personally take it to the BBB and the FTC. These are illegal practices-and as such should be put out of business

I will admit I was scared at first to shop with Net fashion avenue due to those comments here. But as they had the dress I wanted in stock and after searching for days I decided to go ahead. I bought my Sherri Hill 1403, fabulous short prom dress! After sweating it off for 5 days as I really did not wanted to have to hear my husband saying "I told you so" I was waiting on my package to arrive so that I can get my package from UPS. I got couple of confirmations from the site telling me in stock, and then shipped. When package arrived at the 4 business days otherwise the 5 day from when I ordered it- guess what? It was my fabulous 1403 brand new, nicely packaged with all authenticity cards in check! I was happy! So please before you go and put all this crap here really have yourself a check. They delivered quickly, I got what I wanted in reasonable time and I had no problems at all. Let's don't expect the sun and the moon to be delivered to us the next day when we don't want to pay for none of them!

I just cannot express how exited I am with the service and the Understanding I have Received from Michelle at Net Fashion Avenue. I had to exchange a gorgeous Jovani dress I purchase from them, She was kind enough to help me find a new dress, exchanged it and sent me the new one overnight to fulfill my need. I am even more grateful with her because the exchange dress did not work for me either and she has offered me an exchange for the third time.

I ordered two dresses over a month ago and I needed one for this week, it was never delivered. Also they are so unprofessional they never answer the phone nor the emails. These people are so irresponsible, seriously I think I am going to have to bring lawyers to this situation. ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER FOR NET FASHION AVENUE.
Yes they have a lot of beautiful dresses but it is not worth your time. I was also said that they have "no refund policy", well practically playing with my money is illegal.

Run don't walk... this company is HORRIBLE! I purchased a dress from this site for a cruise 2 months prior to my departing date. Once they took my money they informed me that the dress would take 7 - 8 weeks... WHAT? They would not refund my money and instead instructed me to pick out another dress. I had no choice so I did. I was to send them options and THEY would tell me what dresses were available. So I reluctantly picked one not knowing that because it was 10% off this new dress would be non-refundable or exchangeable, written in their mountain of fine print which was not the case with my original dress. I unknowingly picked the same size as the other however this designer's measurements were completely different then the first (by 2 sizes). This company has abused me and will abuse you too. They deceive, are not upfront or forthcoming about their policy's or even how and when they get the dresses. I am now stuck with a $450 dress that is 2 sizes to small and cannot be altered. My advice is never order from this site, a reputable company would have never done this.

SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE My mother in law ordered aTony Bowls dress 114C11 ($3990) for our wedding. The agreement was sent with tracking # and details which stated " shipment Feb 2" (dress would take 12-16 weeks) Also, you offered her a free pair of KATE nude shoes. The Tony Bowls dress didn't arrive on time. Discouraged and utterly heartbroken, She then had to go to a tailor and have something made within 2 weeks of her sons wedding.
Finally her dress supposedly arrived and when she opened the package it was the wrong dress and worth $500. When in fact the dress that she paid for was worth $3990, oh and didn't even send the shoes. THIEVES! She has called numerous times, u don't answer the phone, u don't answer emails and when we go through paypal and complain we get a response 72 hrs later and u (net fashion avenue) say we sent the correct dress. Which is a bloody joke. It looks like a $2 dress. We want the money back full refund. FULL REFUND ur service is horrible, ur dresses are crap. U made the mistake now fix it and offer some customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFASHIONAVENUE! They do not care about their customers and cannot fill orders. They still had not processed my order after 16 days. Their excuse was they have to make sure the credit care was good Give me a@#@% BREAK! All it takes is a few key stokes and your credit card is charged. They had excuse after excuse. The shipping address was different so it would take longer etc. I canceled tonight on a $550.00 gown.

HORRIBLE stay away from this company, they sell picutres not dresses, no one else had the dress but yay netfashionavenue did, paid and never received the dress, kept telling me lies that the dress was shipped, then it wasnt shipped, had to wait for the shipping department to send me the tracking number, then the dress was not shipped 2 weeks later. They told me the dress was in their other warehouse even so it should only take a couple of days not weeks. The customer service is shocking, if you go to the chat live on their website they are bling there wanting to take your order, once they get the order its history and a case of fraud, real scammers, read up on reviews before you order. Once you order you soon realise what they are doing because the communication is SHOCKING and scamming. Do not let your daughters buy from here go elsewhere reputable.

I absolutely love this place. My daughter is a pageant contestant, and when we happened into the Net Fashion Avenue store in Blue Springs, MO, we entered into a dream world. Karin and her staff are generous with their time and expertise. They make sure they know the girls before outfitting them. There is an amazing array of gorgeous dresses, from cocktail and after 5, to homecoming and formal gowns, to pageant and prom. The best in couture gowns are here, with well known and reputable designers. The selection of shoes is amazing, and the jewelry is perfect to enhance your look. You get personal service from Karin and her staff, who are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. We have been to Net Fashion Avenue three times in the last month, and each experience is better than the one before. The store makes you feel like you're in a New York boutique, and the comfortable seating area is a great addition for those non stop shop marathon days. When you're looking for something special to wear, Net Fashion Avenue should be at the top of your list for places to shop.

They are so pathetic that they can't go out there and get a decent job, instead they fool innocent people who worked hard for their money with a flash website, tricking them into thinking they will be receiving a beautiful dress in return for their money... But you will never see it! The scumbags get angry with their customers when they complain on the internet that they have not received their goods, saying that the customer is breaking the law for writing a review... um HELLO! You did not provide the goods after payment has been made. THIS IS CRIMINAL! I can't wait for the day that the cops bust down this fraudulent company and the lowlifes with it!
