I oredered two dresses from michelle a couple of weeks ago. I must admit i was very nervous doing so because it was so close to my wear day. I made several anxious calls requesting the status of my order and everytime michelle was very calm and polite in reasurring me that i will recieve them on time. I recieved the dresses today in perfect condition. I am more so impressed that michelle took it one step further and put her trust in me with a very expensive item. No other company would do this. This has proven to me that michelle is a reliable and trustworthy person and I will definetly be doing business with netfashionavenue. Just a word to those bad reviews out there, you really can make a potential customer nervous and I wish i never read them. The first time is always the hardest and one should judge for themselves. I just wanted to give Nina and the crew at Net Fashion Avenue kudos all the way from Sydney, Australia. At first I jumped right in and ordered a dress without double checking if it was in stock, but I was able to clarify with Nina what was in stock ready to go and changed my order for a beautiful MNM Couture gown for my engagement. Yes, it would have been great to be able to simply go by the site, but considering the amount of stock and orders this company deals with, AND the fact that we're advised to call/email/chat to confirm availability BEFORE ordering, the integrity of this company still is high in my opinion. Thanks again ladies!

I have a friend. She worked very hard just for a chance to won a dress (She don't have money to buy a dress for her prom) She reviewed all day & night NetFashionAvenue (in English & Spanish) She even made a video! (knowing her mother tongue was Spanish, making a very big effort) Talking about how "excellent" this company is. Till her work was recompensed on Valentine's Day She was extremely happy, all her friends and family were so glad for her. BUT have already pass 6 months and "Nina" is not even worthy to say that her message was read or that her request will be answered.
SHE DON'T DESERVE IT!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Is a complete fraud! And the employees are aggressive and rude

ORDER NUMBER ******* - Broward County - Florida (Davie) Stay as far away as possible from this company. Tried to order a dress, called several times, no answer. I was told on the live chat to just place the order. I placed the order on my iPhone and tried to confirm it. Called several times again No Answer. Went on the live chat to confirm the order was in, i needed it next day for an event. The live chat agent confirmed order was in. It wasn't till next day i received an email stating my order has been canceled. They "SAY" credit card fraud. There was no fraud, no issues with my NO LIMIT AMEX CARD. This company is a total scam. Do not deal with them, we missed the event because we couldn't get the dress. I trusted the wrong people, find reputable company to buy from instead of these jokes.

Before placing my dress order I asked to make sure that the store had it in stock. They told me they had the dress in stock and ready to ship and I should get the dress by the end of the month, so i proceeded with my order and began to wait for my dress. After 2 1/2 weeks I called to get more information about my order, they told me that the dress would be mailed to me by that Friday and i would receive the dress by Tuesday. Tuesday came, and I had no dress. I called back on Wednesday and asked where the dress was and asked for a tracking number. They said that it would be shipped by Monday and I should receive it by Wednesday. Once again, I never got the dress. I called one more time and they said they would mail it that Friday. I was furious! I needed the dress by the end of the month and the company did not follow through! I told them to give me a refund, then decided to speak to the manager. The manager kept speaking to me in a rude tone and would never answer my questions! He NEVER even apologized for my bad experience!? This store might be nice to visit in person, but I WILL NEVER order online from these people again. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother!

First off! Anybody who has a bad comment about this site has had the same issue as I. It all comes down to this! LISTEN CUSTOMERS AND NETFASHIONAVENUE! Customers do not go on any site and order if their site says in their policy "it is the customers responsibility to check for availability". Most of the dress sites have this on their website. I have a problem with the fact that it is not stated on their website. And the dress I ordered was on special order and I didn't even recieve an email telling me it was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL.

""""""TERRIBLE""""They did rip me off! I ordered online a dress which i got but it was the old version from the year before and not just that the straps was missing and the dress was used already. I ask for the money back but they don't have the MONEY BACK option. What is true you can read it on the web side.
NetfashionAvenue does not even give the money back when it was their fault packing the old version and sending it to me. YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE in this case.
But NetfashionAvenue did give me at least the option to chose a new dress... hahahah!
Anyway I was at least getting another dress which I didn't need anymore because my sister got already married.
So I chose a dress but the company never send me one.
1 Year later they are claiming they didn't get the package... but initially they confirmed the receive of my package per email, post etc.
One year later I still have to proof to the Consumer Complain in the USA everything... Thanks god it is clear they are lying :)) ))) GUYS DONT ORDER FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT
I DID SPEND 998 US DOLLARS AND STILL DONT HAVE IT BACK! AND THEY WILL REPLY TO YOU JUST IF IT'S IN THEIR FAVOUR... I STILL HAVE NO WORDS FOR THIS BEHAVIOR

If you want your dress on time or if you just want your dress do not use NET FASHION AVENUE, as they lie and don't deliver when they say they will. We found out a week after we ordered the dress that they don't have the dress in stock even though we called to check prior to ordering it, and they said at the time that it was avaliable, and they cancelled it without asking. So now we are back to square one! DO NOT USE THEM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. They lie that they have a dress in stock that nobody else has, take your money and ignore your emails and requests. Finally they lie to you that the dress was damaged and they don't refud your money. Please... if you have had a bad experience with them phone your bank who will reverse the transaction. I told my bank they are running a scam and taking money without giving me the item and they are investigating them. Further to this, I am going to write to every designer they have contracts with and inform them of the people they are dealing with. Surely they wont want to be associated with fraudsters. DONT BUT FROM THEM. I have shopped from newyorkdress.com and missydresses.com and HAVE NEVER had problems lile this.

For the sake of your finances and your sanity, please, please, PLEASE do NOT order from them under ANY circumstances. Case in point: I ordered a gown on October 31,2012 for an event 3 months out, with a promised delivery date of the first week of December. When the gown did not arrive as promised, I called the company and was put on hold for 15 mins and then rolled over into their corporate voicemail. I never received a call-back. I repeated this process no less than 30 TIMES since the initial call to customer service, and was only able to speak to a human being three times. After having exercised much patience and far too much tolerance, I filed a dispute with American Express, only to immediately have a "Sent to Debt Collection" status posted on my Net Fashion Avenue account. I called NFA and was told that the inquiry would have to be lifted in order for the dress to be shipped. I did so, and had Amex call them directly (patching me into the call), only to have Michelle (yes, her again) rudely tell the Amex rep that the dress would not be shipped until they had hard proof that the inquiry was suspended (which would not appear until the next billing cycle. Even the Amex rep was frustrated and disgusted with the quality of their service!) You get the general gist of how they do business -- frustrate the consumer with confusion, misrepresentation and lies and then have the nerve to send the site to debt collection when the consumer doesn't suck it up. If the dress you want is unavailable on a reputable website, please do not resort to using Net Fashion Avenue.

My Experience with this site is the worst Experience I've ever had.
They lie to me when I asked them if this dress is availble ( Sherri Hill ******* dress) they say yes. I watited the to ship it sooo long but they didnt. It cost me $1,050.
Then I send them an email and asked them to replace it with another dress which is ( Tarik Ediz Evening dress *******) the status changed to ( Shipping in 48 hours)
It suposed to be shipped 2 weaks ago!

Now they didnt answers my emails.
