I have purchased an order, which are Christmas presents and still hadn't come down. Submitted tickets, the lot and no reply. This website should not be on the net!
I placed an order on NASTYDRESS.COM a week ago. I paid to have my order expedited (3 DAY SHIPPING TIME) and not only has it NOT shipped but I have not received ANY correspondence to the email I sent inquiring about my order!
The red flags should have gone off with me -- 1. "Phone lines are closed"! Really? What kind of ONLINE service doesn't have a PHONE NUMBER for their customers to call. Not only that, I called the number anyway and it was a MAGIC JACK phone line! Looks like they do their shopping online too.
2. "Submit a ticket and we'll respond within 24 hours" Too bad THAT is a lie!
3. "Chat with a representative" Really? Again? If you try to do that, you will be directed to "submit a ticket"
This is just ridiculous! DO NOT PLAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY.
I know I only spent $50 ish dollars but this has gotten me HEATED!
I am willing to spend whatever I need to in order to proceed with this legally!
It will be sooo worth it to me to see this company SHUT DOWN!

My order is J**************. I am STILL waiting on an email reply and a response to my tickets (T*******970). I was asked for Photocopy of ID and CC, AFTER my card was charged. If it is anti-fraud procedure, WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE THE CARD BEFORE YOU COMPLETED THE ANTI FRAUD PROCEDURE?!?!? I cancelled my order that is ON HOLD, that has not been shipped, and I am waiting for a refund.

I did such a big mistake to shop from this website. I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago and paid 15Dollars for extra fast shipping. They never shipped my order. I created 3 tickets asking the status, never received an answer. I think they are complete thiefs, a SCAM site. I think I have lost money already. I asked for a refund. I put an order in on November 28. Paid the extra money for it to be expedited. They sent an email saying they shipped my stuff but when I called DHL to track the package they haven't received anything! They only thing done was the label was printed! Horrible company! I've put in tickets to find out why is still isn't shipped and still no response!

The items are priced cheap for a reason. They are cheaply made, as in thin fabric and too small, not correct sizing. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It takes forever to get your order because it is obviously coming from the slums of the sweat shops industry! I'm going to attempt to ask for a refund and send my items back! The pictures are the best quality, not at all representing what you get! Plus an item was missing!

My mother made an order 9th November, this item was for a Christmas presents for my daughter. Despite sending 4 tickets she has not received any emails regarding the order and it's still showing processing on the site...
No one is ever on the live chat anytime through the day and the request ticket to actually voice my concerns never get answered... For a over a month when site states typical reply to emails ect 1 day. The phone numbers on the site don't work either!
I'm extremely annoyed as my mother had her heart set on this item as a gift... I want answers. I will be taking the poor customer service and lack of communications to the media to warn others about trading with this so called company.
I'm glad my mother had the sense to pay for said items through PayPal so at least she has a chance to get her money back, I think someone from the company should read the reviews that are left maybe then it may give them an eye opening to see that the public will indeed become the victors in this shoddy excuse for a company.

I ordered 21st Nov, paid for 3-7 days delivery and still waiting. Spent over £100. The first time I ordered the order was late but it did arrive, after my holiday!

Placed my order 11/30 and paid an extra $10 to get my shipping in 5-7 days a couple days into my order the website still said processing payment so i sent an email and their responce was they wont be sending out my order sometime after december 15th so they just take your money with out delivering anything and now they wont answer any of my questions. The dress smelled sooo bad. I was scared to try it on to make sure the size was correct. Sizing was fine, but very cheaply made which was expected. I still cant get over the smell. Even if I was it a million times, I dont know if I dare wear it. Why would it smell so bad?

I ordered a shirt without thinking. The email confirming my order was blank as well as the one asking me to join their mailing list. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and report them to the bbb as well as facebook. Facebook should not allow them to advertise on their site knowing they scam people

A whole month after I placed my order and it still has not been despatched, no response at all to my many complaints. They have stolen my money and, going by all of these other reviews, thousands of others, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They just asked me for a photo of my drivers licence and a photo of my credit card, you have got to be kidding, only the bank and government departments get that info from me, they say it's for checks against fraud. I have never been asked for this info online before and i am not giving it, something very fishy here.We are lucky in Australia as we have a government department that will pursue this matter and prosecute.

Not only do you have to wait weeks for your order, when it finally gets here, it doesn't fit. I can barely get it over my head. I ordered the largest size available because I wanted to make sure it would fit. This sizing is not even close to American sizes. I'll never order again.
