It does not get any worse than this. I ordered a sweat suit over a month ago and still have not received it! I wrote to the company and was sent an "automated" Response stating that it was on the way and normally takes 10-25 days and there is no tracking number. It has been over that time, so, I wrote another complaint to the company, and they responded that it takes 10-45 days. They also provided a link to the postal service they say they use:
http://www.sky56.cn/english/track/index THIS LINK TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO A PAGE WHICH ASKS YOU TO ENTER A TRACKING #. The company says the item was sent unregistered without a tracking number. This company is looking like a major fraud, ecspecially now after reading all the other reviews! I would NOT order from this company!

UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 12,2015 I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY, NO ITEM NO MONEY!

I was told on november 14 it was being shipped out and received two differt numbers. It is now December 2. It did say 6 t 26 days but i was told three days later it was shipped out already and here it is in 12 days it will a full month.im worried i am not going to get my body slimmer. Or it got lost and after reading these reviews. Even more freaked out. I ordered from you off of facebook and because everywhere else the same corset is 60 or more. I sure hope i see it soon. I check the tracking in your page and it has no info on any two numbers i used.

I also left a letter for customer service. I ordered product from a company online elsewhere on 28 i dodnt pay extra to have it sent quicker and i reived it on dec 1. Pretty happyabout company's that act right.

Do NOT order from this store. It's like all the other bull$#*! internet sites. It takes forever for them to send you your items even if you pay for expedited shipping. In my case, they delivered my package to the wrong address. I still do not have it. They sent another package contained the other half of my order and that won't show up for 10-25 business days even though I paid for expedited originally. Just awful, horrible website. Save your money!

Still waiting
December 1, 2015

My order was shipped out on 9/20/2015, and I'm still waiting for my order. Something is really wrong with this picture. It doesn't take over 2 months to receive a shipped order. I seriously thinking about going to the next step. They also got my money in September.

Second thoughts

Hello I've order a dress from nastydress.com, on 29th August 2015... We are now on the 29th November 2015, it has been 3 months... I still didn't receive anything, the only thing I received was the email of the company when I purchase the dress and when I log into the website I can see the purchase history, the dress I've ordered it still says "shipping out", however I checked my bank stament and they have took the payment out, I have no idea what to do I never had this issue before It was my first time purchasing a dress from that website, how do I get in touch with a manager? I'm sure it doesn't take 3 moths to ship out a dress... does it? Please help?

Can't track my item
November 29, 2015

I ordered my item on 11/16/15 and it just shipped yesterday when I emailed customer service I was told I should be patient and that my item was out if stock well here's my problem if an item is out of stock the site should say item isn't in stock so having said that now my item has supposedly shipped and the link they sent me does not work and my item is no where to be found so I appreciate the one on one customer service what a joke this site is do not order from them scam scam scam

Great but flaws!

I read all the reviews some good but mostly bad, but i decided to give it a try anyway. On Nov. 11th I order 3 dresses from this site. So I receive the email the same day they took my money and they going to send me an email with tracking number soon. So, the next day Nov. 12th I receive an email with my tracking number and 2 out 3 items was ship. The tracking number didn't work as read in the reviews (but I didn't make a big fuss about it because I order from similar sites and they all the same way with tracking the packages.) So I waited the 6-8 days shipping I request for and needless to say I got the 2 dresses they send out within that time frame through USPS. Both dresses fit perfectly but one was a little too tight around my under arms and didn't come as the length that was in the picture, I was OK with it because it would made a great summer dress with so cute sandals.( I end up giving that dress to my friend because she shorter then me and with smaller arms.) The third dress I put in a ticket claim on Nov. 26th and they response within the 24hrs they said would, so gave me the option to get another dress or get my money back. I decided to get another dress. I hope this is helpful!

Very very worried!

I have ordered a bikini from NastyDress.com about a week ago. Having read all of these reviews I'm not too hopeful.
I have received an email today saying my item has been shipped and says to expect delivery in business days... What's that meant to mean? I guess they were supposed to put number of days, but couldn't handle that complexity...
There is also a link to "track my order" that doesn't work, so I now have no idea where this parcel is, and I'm very sceptical as to whether I'll ever receive my bikini if I'm honest.
Honestly people, really not worth the money! Especially seeing as I paid an extra $13 to have the fastest and safest delivery... Total sham if you ask me!

Nastydress is just rubbish. Clothing I received was falling apart at the seams, differed greatly from the display model, and we so tiny they wouldn't fit a 10 year old - literally. Not only that I paid for express shipping which took 2 weeks to arrive and only received partial order. When I contacted them, their support site is infuriatingly dodgy and they just don't listen - it's like talking to a moronic robot. In spite of consumer law, they refuse to refund shipping costs which they are required to do under Australian Consumer Law. So even if I return their disgustingly shoddy merchandise I will still be in the hole $50. I have reported the site to the ACCC and hope they enjoy explaining their consistently fraudulent behaviour to the Australian authorities. The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying online - I have never been ripped off so bad.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS COMPLETE RUBBISH. You have been warned.

I ordered from them 2 weeks before Halloween and I got my order on time. The dress fit almost perfect in fact it was slightly bigger. However it looked just like the way it looked online. Maybe I was lucky I don't know. But now I ordered 2 more dresses from them lets see what happens. It says I am supposed to get it on Tuesday lets see.

Update:

So my order still has not gotten here yet. I sent a ticket to them and they finally replied gave me a tracking number and the Chinese tracking site. I tracked my package and it is still in China. But it's been shipped. I will never order from them again though. It takes too long to get to you. In addition, sometimes they don't have what you ordered so you have to get a refund or chose something else.

Again with my first order I got it on time. But now with this 2nd order its been problematic. I don't trust them and I will never order from them again.

$#*!ing pathetic company

I placed an order on 12/08/2014 12:17:03 PM for a jacket and 2 rings. I paid for this order via PayPal. Here we are almost a year later and I have no $#*!ing items in my possession! I have sent numerous "tickets" over the past twelve months to which I have received not one response. They had no problem taking my money the same day I placed the order (imagine that)! Yet apparently it is beyond their ability to respond to a customers inquiry at any point in a twelve month period of time! Bravo Nasty Dress! Thumbs up for your lack of customer service and piss poor morals and ethics! Stay away from this company and their scandalous business practices!

SCAM! DO NO ORDER!

Take my advise don't bother cust serv is a 30 below in my book. Dont waist your $. The items change daily by price... I went to order thus before black fri. Prices great went back today to complete and they went way way up? Ha don't get it? Cust sent not excepting phone calls at this time? What part of your company ----- don't you understand...

Awesome site & clothing!

I was very hesitant of Nastydress after I had placed an order & saw all of these horrible reviews! Maybe I just lucked out on the items I ordered but they looked just like the pictures & fit me (even size S). Though it took a month to receive the package, I was excited it actually came & the tracking number worked after it was approved into US customs.

Another missing order
November 25, 2015

Ordered late September and paid for insured delivery BEFORE I SAW THIS SITE! After several ticket queries I was asked to wait until 25 Nov, today, and contact again. I have asked for a refund - we will see if that turns up.

Well surprise surprise - I did get my refund so thanks to those in customer service for the speed after the deadline passed

I ordered from Nastydress yesterday and pretty much right away found all was not well... paid by paypal and went in to check my yahoo mail and nothing from nastydress just two email confirming I had paid Hasan Hasan my money no way of contacting them as when I tried to get into nasty dress account said doesn't recognise my email and I don't have account. Set up new account to try and contact them but waste of time was at it for hours and cant... I have forwarded my emails from hasan to paypal and awaiting outcome... also they have all our details which worrys me so going to cancel card... wish I read these reviews before I bought with them... still no emails about my order just from paypal as to what I have paid...
