I made a couple of orders here in the past week or so, now I'm seeing the reviews. The emails I have recieved show only a couple of items shipped out, like another review I got a picture of the package, but I see no shipping info. Now I am worried, I don't want to sit around and wait and I don't want to get stuck with crappy product that doesn't even look like what I ordered. If either of these happen I'm going to fight like hell to get a refund, and I will go over the company's head to have charges from the company reversed. So I guess we will see how things go...

I recently placed an order for the "Stylish long sleeve asymmetrical solid color women's coat" and the "Elegant Gray Slash Collar long sleeve pullover knitwear for women". The item pictures on the website and descriptions made the items sound decent. I wasn't expecting Nordstrom quality products, but figured I would give it a try because of the cheap prices and how cute the items looked in the pictures.
I paid for expedited shipping so that I would receive my items faster. I was APPALLED when my order arrived. There was no sort of invoice or order slip, and the items were shoved into sealable plastic bags with that had a sticker with a barcode and item number.
The long coat was a faux suede-like polyester material, with unfinished seams on the sleeves and bottom of coat. There was NO tags attached or any sort of label sewn into the piece.
The sweater felt like a terrible "turtleneck" and also had unfinished seams on the sleeves. There was also no tag attached or any sort of label sewn into the piece.
I am now dealing with customer service - I had to send pictures and am now waiting on a response. I fully believe this company is using photos from other companies and then sending horrible quality "replicas" (if you can even call them that) of the pieces.
I have already spoken with my attorney's office in regard to this company! Obviously I am not the only person with complaints - I can't believe they are still in business.

I order three things on September 13th and never received them. They told me more than once to verify my address and check with the post office. Then after it had been a month and a half, they said give it until november 16th. Still nothing. I asked for my money back. Will see how long that takes or if I even get it. I will report this to the better business Bureau and whoever else I can if I don't get my money back! Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Not as described, one of five ordered. All the same level of completely poor quality. Same 'nasty' quality of nylon, tacky fabric. I complained to customer services, who asked me to send back all the goods at my own expense, with the promise of reimbursement. I did some months ago. Still not yet got my money back.

I ordered a dress from this site and received it with in 3 weeks, but it was nothing like the picture. Another 1/2 yard in it and would have covered my arse and i'm only a size 10. I have ordered Items from other cheap sites and had no problem and were better made, this is why I started making my own clothes, this site should be called Crappy dress so lesson learnt..

My order took a month to arrive after choosing 7-10 day shipping, and I only received 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Both items are EXTREMELY poorly made, I mean bad. I bought 2 nighties and and a pair of lounge pants, the pants have a hole in them and look like they are made from bathing suit material, and the one nightie I received is probably made from panty hose. Its straps are literally made from ribbon that you would use for wrapping presents. They also look VERY different then the pictures online. Never using this company again. It's laughable how horrible these products were lol

After filing a ticket complaint on the website and asking for a refund of the item I never received, they refuse to help me because it "already shipped" (almost a month ago) and they won't reply to my email about wanting a refund. I ordered all of my items on October 20th, the money was taken out of my account immediately, but some of my items weren't even placed on order until a week later!
Needless to say this company is a SCAM and they do not care about customers whatsoever.
To the "Customer Service Rep" from the company who responded to this complaint, why even respond to my complaint, or any others for that matter if you won't help? Lying to try and make a company sound legitimate is pretty low...

They sent me a shipping confirmation with the picture of a package sitting on the scale, so it makes you believe that it is your package right there, getting ready to deliver. Well upon zooming in on the pic, I see the date on the package is months prior to when I even placed my order. I ordered Nov. 5th and am not surprised I haven't received it yet, but IF I do receive it, I am expecting low-quality, wrong-sized clothing, based on these reviews.

I was very surprised that my order was delivered within 10 days but when opening the package I was disgusted with what was inside 2 shirts that I bought for my 21 year old son will be lucky if they fit my 7 year old nephew and also looked nothing like they were online.
