Had to post an update on 2015 review, MYUS have gone dill dramatically, responses are slow and they do not wish to take ownership of any mistake nor willing to take the correct actions yo maintain a long standing customer, so had to call it a day.
Each and every time I have contacted MYUS customer services the response times have been very prompt and professional. The agents have always demonstrated that my requests or feedback has been treated on a personal level. This is one of the reasons why I have been a member for the past 6+ years

I entered in the amounts on my invoice from my order. Received a message that I needed to now upload the invoice. The first attempt wasn't acceptable. The second/third attempt was. I contacted customer service and spoke with Jeff Pedde. I explained to him what happened. He asked for the case # and checked for the new uploads. Needless to say it was a go. I asked for a recommendation since this was multiple shipments. He provided me the good info. Now my package is getting ready to reach me abroad. Hopefully at the end of the week or weekend. Thanks Jeff for the quick resolution.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
