This is a great service to use for any expat living outside the States. MyUs has been very efficient with everything. Their website is easy to use, and as far as I can tell no hidden fees or charges. I received constant emails updating my account in regards to info needed, holding charges etc. The customer service I received from Luke gave me the information that I needed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this service to friends!

I have a problem due to a first month i join myus account. I don't know it will charge monthly. Month by month, myus sent me an email to notify me about payment. I think, i don't use this account, so i make a decision to terminate this account. When i find a button to terminate, i don't find, so i choose to live chat with your staff. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
