After being passed from pillar to post via emails to and from MyUs support and various agents denying that the three payments taken from my bank account were by them... I finally chatted with Pedde Jeff D. On live chat and within minutes he confirmed my payments to MyUs, said they will be put back into my account and he approved my credit card. Thanks to him I can now go back to sleeping at night.
They customer service is absolutely awful. I have tried 5 times to connect via chat - I have never ben connected. The chat simple isn't manned.
You can't call and speak to someone, all you can do is leave a voicemail. I did and nobody has called back in a week.
I sent an email and didn't get a response.
I was also surprised that I was told my laptop's weight was 10.1 pounds. Amazon says 6 pounds. I agree that there is the charger and some packing but that seems to quiet a difference.
The price still seams reasonable, but my stuff still hasn't been delivered because I think they need an invoice for the country the computer has arrived in. But there doesn't seem to be any clear communication on this - and why wouldn't they ask me for an invoice originally and of course I can't clear it up because of the non-existent customer service. I will be happy to pay more for a service where I can speak to someone.

Great response by Pedde Jeff D. While requested to check the duplicity of package. Which a package head to be handled separately, however the amount and items showed at one package were the same for the second package which resulted in duplicated amount.

Abigael was the care agent who helped me get my membership in order. I really appreciate her help and knowledge. I also love this service. Shipping is reasonable especially when you consolidate. Most of all though, this gives access to items that i can not order to a Canadian address! Very grateful for the service and the helpfulness. :)
I've been using this site for years now. So the concept is simple, if you don't live in the US, or the UK and you need to transfer your online shopping wherever you actually live ( because contrary to most people's assomptions, even Amazon will not ship everything everywhere!), then you need MyUS.com.
It's very efficient, but it's equally pricey. First of all there is the monthly subscription fee, then the freight prices have gone sky-rocking and then MyUS will charge you for every little request you might make from a picture to see if your goods have arrived in good condition to the Fragile sticker you may want to add to your parcel. So, it's not cheap at all! But they are good at what they are doing. They work with DHL or FEDEX so it's super fast, even if you live on a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific, like me! Every time I have had an issue, the staff have been nice and friendly even though as I have already stated, nothing is free! Customer service will try to accommodate as best as they can and solve your issues.
I barely had to wait at all to get my questions answered and the answers were all very helpful. Shout out to Abigail for being extremely good at helping me with my questions.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
