The company charged me an annual fee without prior approval.
Which I think is most disappointing! The least they could do was to send an email get confirmation!
Now I have no choice apparently but pay!

First and last time using this service. They have no clue what they're doing. They put the wrong value on my package so I had to pay extra customs and duties, and they were totally apathetic about fixing their mistake. I had to make a bunch of phone calls and straighten it out. They are careless and sloppy. I asked for a partial refund because they messed up. Never got a reply. DO NOT recommend.

I have read very good and promising reviews of MyUS.com. I wanted to order a couple of things that were much cheaper with a wider range of options on Amazon.com than in my city, Dubai. The good reviews are what encouraged me to use MyUS.com. However, I completely regret using their services. My total shipping costs were more than 60 dollars. However, my items in total weighed less than a pound. I think that has happened because each shipment was shipped separately. I don't understand why they did that? One of the items' shipping costs ALONE were more than 31 dollars! Finally, we come to the worst part. After encountering this issue, I sent a message to their so-called 24/7 customer support that replies in less than 24 hours. However, It's been more than 48 hours with NO reply yet. I tried using their so-called live chat a couple of times as well. Also, NO ANSWER. I ended up paying almost double what I could have bought here and claimed on the same day. Extremely bad experience.

I had a couple of items arrive from a non US shipper who failed to provide sufficient shipping paperwork. I was able to supply this to myus and Christian went to lengths to ensure it was moved quickly into an accepted state for shipping. Thank you for your regular reliable service. I have found if I take the time to communicate with Myus when the need arises, they are always polite and friendly, and will do their best in a complex market.
Special thanks to Christian from Myus.com who was very helpful and professional, I wanted to change my membership and he was willing to help from the first minute and that is what you expect ONLY from a top notch customer rep. Myus.com as a general is a great company, they are very customer oriented though, I have a couple of suggestions, first you need to decrease your shipping fees a little bit and please improve the chat service because there were no any agent available whenever I tried to contact them in last few days.
I have a good experience with this company. My package was quickly handled and sent.The shipping fees are a lot lower than with one of their competitors that I used before.

There are many other companies that offer the same service. The difference is if they make a mistake they admit to it. MYUS.COM are quick to make alterations in the system to put the blame back on the customer. This has now happened twice. The subscription is also suppose to get you 80% discount. I am not sure how this works as I have yet to see a discount again at no extra charge other companies will hold your package for up to 30 days so you can send them all in one.

I will NEVER use this company ever again! Be warned they overcharge for postage costs, I cannot believe it cost me $111 to get a small box of supplements sent to NZ! They don't even care and won't offer to refund me just told me to cancel my shipment order. Then tried telling me that the postage was the cheapest one they had! BS! I can only hope now my order turns up :(

I have been buying from overseas companies for around ten years, and have purchased hundreds of items, shipped from individual sellers, with very few problems.
Then I decided to try MyUS, and it was a disaster. It took months for me to get my items, each one seemed to have a problem that required 'more money to ship' items went missing, were poorly packaged (in one case an item arrived that had clearly been badly re-packaged, but the lid was missing - when I queried this with there service centre I was told it would cost me $7 to get a replacement (the item only cost about $10) and I had to contact the seller and do all the work despite having paid for insurance!
There are lots of good reviews on their site, but they have that streamlined, 'all sound the same' quality with them that makes me believe they are made up. My summary? MyUS is a money grabbing scam.

I enrolled in the company's website a few weeks ago and was super excited to use them for my shipment. Unfortunately it is not going very well. No agent is available to take calls, it takes 3 hours in the queue for the "chat now" and whatever the agent told me is total lie. My packages have been delivered since May 20 and 22 and they don't show in my suite, let alone sent to destination... I am on a 30 days trial, now wondering if this is worth it...

You never know how much you'll be charged with them. A 0.4lbs package of something costing $50 they wanted to charge me $58 for shipping instead of $13.99.
Also BTW, their tax free service is not really tax free. I was still charged sales tax because they didn't get their s*it together
This company has been easy breezy to deal with since I first started a couple of years ago however in the last package I received one of my items looks like it may have been missed out. It's easily replaceable and didn't cost an arm and a leg but it was the customer service provided by Kelly on the Live Chat option somehow made this item worth losing! Her service was prompt, polite and had a nice personal touch to it that made it less like dealing with a computer and more like dealing with someone who really cares. Her service was A+++. Good job MyUS on not just providing an awesome service but for having employees like Kelly.
First I would give a big thanks to Angel for that excellent service which make me felt very safe and secure, I had to return a package, and only few mistake I made myself, she took care of every thing perfectly like she was right beside giving me all attention needed with a fast response. Their own calculator says $95 for 7.6kg to Kuwait by budget shipping + 20% discount ($ 76). Actual billing $119. Great is it not. Dont get defrauded. Customer service- sorry the budget option is not available for Kuwait. So why put in their website wrong ones and charge you more. Could have sent on private jet and charged you. Did they inform that the estimate is revised. No - you get charged.

Very fast shipping and great customer service, to Australia. However, I'm giving it 4 Stars, due to cost. I find it a little dear. It makes my purchased item costing higher, unless there is a sale or discount from the sellers. But, it's worth because of fast shipping.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
