Today, I am informed that storage charges begin to count due to package was kept over 30days, but truth is the package which contains lot of free cosmetic samples is under review since its arrival.
So I decide to call live chat to abondon those samples. At first, I thought there would be some fussy procedures like filling in forms, commission fees blah blah, but surprisingly, the agent Edrian helped me out in such a simply and easy way and even spare the overdue storage fees.

I have not get update on my order for such a long days. I contact MyUS via Chat Now and chat with Pedde Jeff. In a few seconds I get update on the expected arrival date. That is great support and I expect my order arrive as expected. But, if the system could give update automatically and I did not have to use the Chat Now than it is better.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
