I used the live chat service to quickly chat to MyUS to try to fix an issue caused by the sender of my package. I chatted to Edrian who was absolutely amazing - went above and beyond to make sure that everything was right and then fixed the issue for me there and then. An absolute credit to the company!

Actually you are good but still not the best, I am not very happy in my experience with MyUs
Because I have to send many of e mail to fix many problem in every deal.
And that's what I found it in my experience:
1- no fix shipping price > as my current period (see last mail).
2- Updating the suite is very slow.
3- customers service all time asking about screen shot ( they must know them job without screen shot).
4- good shipping rate with heavy but still expensive with light.
5- very slow in contact and Email replaying.
Great fast service.
This is my 3rd shipment and I highly recommend MyUS.com.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
