Package in review issue

I had a big problem with a package in my suite that had no sender address. I tried to contact the seller with no answer at all. So i contacted the online service of Myus and finally got it fixed by Roderick. Manty thanx to him. He saved my friends wedding

Good Support Steam

They have good support team 24 hr/7 days actually i got some delay in delivering my shipment to Iraq by DHL, but MyUS support team made good follow up for the case specially Neil Andrew who contact DHL to solve my case.

Incomming packages

I orderes a set of rims consisting of 4 packages.
I would like to combine these for shipping abroad.
Unfortunately I just had a basic account, so all packages would normally shipped out one by one and straight away.
I hat a chat with Ronnaren. Changed my account and cancelled the shipment. So now I can wait for all packages to be in my suite and have them shipped out combined.
Excellent service.

I had a problem with one invoice covering multiple packages and spoke with Michael on the MyUS chat line. Michael was very helpful and courteous. He has passed my problem on to the 'team' at MyUs... and I am now waiting to see if they can resolve the issue

A great help

Very friendly, very helpful, he did fix all of my problems and im very thankful for him he did help me in the batteries problem it was in review for a very long time and i was worried i didn't want to discard them so he did help me to return them to the seller in amazon and he explained to me why light stickers are saying that they are 1.9 pounds...

Emergency Delivery Failed
August 12, 2019

I had a delivery on it's way from an American Merchant with a present I had bought for my girlfriend on our anniversary. For some reason, the delivery failed and it took an hour and a half for myself, the merchant and MyUs to figure out what happened. During this time, Ronnaren, who I spoke to on MyUs, was very calm, patient, and helpful, and was even understanding after all that time we discovered that I was the one who had messed up. She was just happy that my issue had been resolved, and that my girlfriend should be getting her beautiful present on time. Thank you MyUs and Ronnaren, I am so grateful.
