They have good support team 24 hr/7 days actually i got some delay in delivering my shipment to Iraq by DHL, but MyUS support team made good follow up for the case specially Neil Andrew who contact DHL to solve my case.

Unfortunately I just had a basic account, so all packages would normally shipped out one by one and straight away.
I hat a chat with Ronnaren. Changed my account and cancelled the shipment. So now I can wait for all packages to be in my suite and have them shipped out combined.

I had a delivery on it's way from an American Merchant with a present I had bought for my girlfriend on our anniversary. For some reason, the delivery failed and it took an hour and a half for myself, the merchant and MyUs to figure out what happened. During this time, Ronnaren, who I spoke to on MyUs, was very calm, patient, and helpful, and was even understanding after all that time we discovered that I was the one who had messed up. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
