Getting help from MyUS contact support

I have been worried about my shipment which has been on hold in Lisbon for a couple of days (At least this is what My suit shows). I contacted MyUs help desk and Roderick just removed the weight over my shoulders since the content of my shipment is very important to me. Her assistance was very valuable and professional. Bought an item from ebay, however seller didnt include my suite no. According to the USPS tracking, item had already arrived at myUS. Went to the livechat and everything was sorted out from there! Excellent service from Julius Lemuel - support was prompt and excellent!
