I had asked if inputted tracking number was really correct or not as it was not same as expected. One of staff stated there was no mistake at all and tracking number is definitely correct. However at 3rd time with Pedde Jeff D., she confirmed inputted tracking number was incorrect and made correction for me. I am very much appreciated Pedde Jeff D's support. I believe it should had been corrected at the 1st inquiry as Pedde Jeff D did. Anyway, Thank you very much Pedde!

Darwin has been most helpful today in updating shipment price details and I found his service both efficient and courteous. The merchants do not often send invoices and trying to create a pdf from a picture on Groupon (or whichever site you ordered from), which is the other way to evidence the purchase price, is super cumbersome and inefficient. So inefficient in fact that I did not make any purchases in nearly a year. However, asking for the price to be updated via online chat is much simpler and more effective if you have some patience and wait in line to be helped.

This is my first time of using their service. A friend sent me a package to my suite and the package was received by them two days ago and I wanted to login to check if they've logded the package in my suit all I got was account can't be found. I went on to chat with their customer service live and they told me my account was cancelled. No emails was sent yet and no reason whatsoever. I'm a Nigerian I believe they're doing that because of racism or so but for two days now i don't know what's going on and how I'm gonna get my package.

I have a package that is consist of many items. I literally means many items, it's like 50 kinds of items. And to make matter more head scratching, merchant have different invoice for shipping and the value invoice.
Sure enough, my package is hold in review, but EDRIAN of MYUS from the support, able to resolve my issue in 10 minutes. I just need to explain what really happens, and once what I explained does checks out, he updated the package for me and my package is ready to send.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
