This company lies about what it would ship and when my wife needed medication prescribed by her doctor, they threatened to dispose of it! Not only that refused to ship. Do not trust. Now my wife is suffering and I have to figure out how to get her medicine half way across the world!

Customer service is at top level. They answer directly to the question. No running around the bush. So I really liked the service provided by Michael when I was having issues signing into MyUs account.
My issue was handled in less than a minute even though this must be a busy week (Black Friday and all)
In short, all my experience with MyUS customer support has been great. A guy called Roderick in particular was extremely patient and well-informed, he did a great job explaining to me many misunderstandings.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
