First I was very spectacle because I saw some complaints about their service, but it was completely the opposite, I compared the shipping price of every company I know and they were the cheapest and the only one to charge by the weight only and not with size. They shipped it from the US on 26/12/2019 and i got it to my place today 30/12/2019, all my stuff was in great condition. The costumers service on the online chat were great and helpful I can remember Roderick and Ina they were very helpful. I also got help on Facebook. Help was available 24/7.
My only complaint is that I was charged extra 7.99$ Coz of incomplete info but it's ok.
This is my first experience with them and not the last.

Website wasn't updating my parcel status. Tried countless times to get in touch with someone about my parcel and it's whereabouts. Finally managed to chat with Roderick who just went and dug out the info I needed. He was fast and polite in his answers. Definitely a great CS. Now I'll just wait at least I know my parcel isn't stuck in space.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
