I was totally frustrated with the newly implemented policy that requires customers to upload their invoices at *******@myus.com. I expressed my frustration with my representative at the time-Abubaker. She was able to walk me through the process, explaining in detail how it should be done correctly after i initially provided the documents incorrectly. She maintained her composure throughout the entire process, she answered my questions in detail, and i was able to successfully upload my documents as per the new policy. In my opinion, her customer service was unparalleled.
There was a mistake in putting the value of the item but the agent Roderick have been very supportive to correct it for me. Great job keep it up!

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
