I had ordered some quite expensive boots that were a birthday present to me to my MyUS address. I had an email from the seller saying it was delivered but I could not see it in my suite. I used the online chat and talked to Michael who was able to quickly find my package which was apparently labelled in the wrong way by the seller. Michael promptly found the package and transferred it to my suite saving me a lot of stress. The whole process was very easy. Thanks again Michael!

My experience with MyUs hasn't exactly been good the past few days. I've spoken to 2 of Edrian's collegeues regarding a shipping situation I had, and people were not so helpful compared to the help Edrian gave. I really truly appreciate the help he's given, as a teenager dealing with the situation I had. In all honesty, if I owned MyUs, based on the experience I just had, I would make him supervisor because his customer service really is very outstanding and understanding. Normally I wouldn't have made the time to even write a review, but this is an exception
I asked Roderick where is my package was because it does not give me an answer when I put my tracking number in. He helped my immediate and told me where the package was en route to me.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
