Tried to contact them via live chat. Was 58 in line, the live chat stalled (not my internet) restarted at 71 in line. Waited over 2 hours and still no luck.
The "urgent handling - ship today" option is a lie as this doesn't happen.
I have had good experience with them in the past, but recently I had a shipment that mysteriously was returned by the shipping company and I have been trying to get through to MyUS to resolve the problem, but no one is responded to messages, there is no phone number to call, and when I go into chat, I am the 43rd person in line!

I've been trying to get my order since summer or sth and they don't seem to come. At first, they wouldn't respond or say anything so I thought that everything was going great since I hadn't used them before. Then I realized that literally nothing happened. I sent them some screenshots again after a month or so and didn't send anything. I've been asking for a refund and they still don't respond. I've never had such a BAD experience with a experience ever. I definitely don't recommend.

I got an email saying a package was in my suite. I never ordered a package to them. It said "needles, syringes", what the hell? It's one of those scams where a company uses your address and sends you bullcrap products so it shows up as a legit purchase and then they give themselves 5 star reviews. HOW THE HELL DOES A COMPANY GET MY MYUS.COM INFO AND ADDRESS UNLESS MYUS IS PARTICIPATING IN THIS? It's one thing if it's sent directly your address, there's many sites I've used my address on, but myus.com info and address? They respond by saying it was put into my suite accidentally and they were cancelling it. It showed up. I did some googling and it is definitely part of that scam. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THIS COMPANY. Unreal. They refunded me but what the actual hell. Now I have a box of be needles?

MyUS.com shipped my order to a city over 6 hours from my delivery address and I was told that I would need to pick up my package there (there was no option to pay extra for it to be shipped closer to where I live - I live about an hour from the 2nd largest city in Mexico - so really there was no reason for them to ship it so far away). So with no way to get my package, I wasted money on the goods I purchased and on the shipping cost to MyUS.com. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

They are impossible to contact, they don't answer email, you can't call them, website chat support hasn't worked in months.
You're basically sending your package into a giant black hole from which it may or may not ever reappear.
It's currently November 2 and my package arrived on Sept 11th. The only way to know my package ever existed on their system is if you search for my package by tracking # and you're greeted with:
"Please allow up to 48 hours for our receiving department to classify your items after delivery. Your package will be in your My Suite once completed."
Well it's now closer to 48 DAYS.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES! I pay a monthly membership fee for my business, I was given 20% discount for the month of October, GREAT! When I create a ship request there is now a handling charge which re-charges me for the discount I was just given?!?!?! Very deceitful! I have been watching the packages arrive and calculating how much I need to pay for shipping, when I create shipment its $50 MORE! Now I need to find extra $50 quickly!

I live in Germany, i bought three different articles from three different locations in the US, and i directed all three to be shipped to my brothers US address so that he could ship them to me. Then i discovered myus.com and told my brother to ship the articles to my suit, he put all three articles in one package and shipped them. The problem is just one article arrived in my suit, i have tried to contact myus.com to ask them about the other two articles, but they are not replying.

Beyond horrible. Refuse to answer phone. Goes to voice mail with message. Box is full, they refuse to reply to emails or allow chat... one chat I got through, #40 in que, after 45 mins it went 33, then I was disconnected. Shipment made to Thailand sept 6,2020 via Budget express of Ontario Canada. Email to them tracking #. Replied that it was invalid. After nearly 9 weeks, 25 to 30 attempted contacts.

My first time using MyUS and it turned into a disaster. I have emailed, called, online chat, online feedback and try every means to contact MyUS for many weeks and did not get any response. The package has been shipped for 5 months since May, I still did not get it. The local government many arms are investigating this criminal matter, hope MyUS could cooperate. My item was missing and the agent just said that it was not their fault without any proof. I was charged extra 1-3lb (which is worth an extra $20-$50) with every order and once the product arrive in my country, DHL made me go run all the paperwork myself and pay an extra paperwork fee to them. When asked, MyUS just said it has nothing to do with them and they won't contact DHL for any explanation either, so you're basically on your own. The agent actually end the chat while I was still talking to them. Mysterious extra charges with rude, unhelpful customer service and lost item! Beware of $#*!ty customer service

Big problems... I have an order that's waiting since 5-10, I send 6 mails and no one answers. I used myus the first time and I think it will be the last. Poor service at least for the European union.

This guy is a blessing - i had to deal with an appauling pre-shipped customer service that decided to be silent to all my concenrs especially labelling a product in my suite wrongly that made me think it was in an incorrect item and left it there for weeks attaning storage fees because no one, absolutey no one gave a $#*! obviously after numerous email sent asking about the item until i had to be forced to purchase a photo fee to actually look what it was and lo and behold, it was my item but labelled wrongly, and then another time where I was accused for providing an incomplete address and charged 7.99 for it when i provided evidence that the address was indeed correct but once again, dead silence. Seems to be recurring problem with their customer service. But after finally being able to chat to one, ABUBAKER waived all the fees and he took time to actually listen, dissect and provide solutions. So where their pre-shipped customer service failed miserably with their service, ABUBAKER fixed it all!
I had to ask them to discard the packages they have of mine after the charged me >800$ without my permission for shipping a product that their own calculator showed to be 100$ shipping.
They are based on deception of customers, any company with even the slightest business dignity has long would have identified that once they provide a quote of 100$ for a shipment, they cant charge a customer >800$ without his consent. More so, when immediately after the charge, the customer indicates he has no desire for such a costly service (when they are "caught in the act"), they don't even have the decency to return the funds at full to the customer.
I have lost the product I ordered and paid for as I was stupid enough to use their services.

Sold high end item 3500. + to a person in japan. He asked they be shipped here to be then to be sent to him. They opened package claimed shipping damaged when I. Fact looks like it was pulled out of box rather than removed from three layer box with corner protectors and bubble wrap by FedEx. They told my buyer they then discarded item not waiting for FedEx to investigate. Both buyer and seller ripped off! Do not sell to anyone using this shipping company. They may just be a fan of your sports hero as well.

It all started well. After 2 years, I have stopped using this service for three main reasons:

-It takes forever to ship
-It takes forever to review an item
You can not reach anyone and if you are lucky, you will hear back.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
