I just started using My US again after several year and now I remember why I stopped using them. Every package have pounds tacked on before shipping. Every shipment is higher in cost than estimated. NOT GOOD

I don't have enought words to describe my experience with MyUS.com. I had few problems on the way like its not hard enough to send to Bosnia and Herzegovina something and everytime they helped me with their customer service, especially I have to mention Jess. Jess was answering my e-mails on time and with full help. Real professionals and taking care about customers. They dont deserve 5 starts, i would give them 7*******.
I say that becouse some time you pay money and you did not get what you want, with MyUS the metter is dufferent, still some services provided need to be free, but it's accepatable.

I have been a customer with Myus for a long time. Take this advice, and DO NOT deal with them.
You wondering why?.
- when you have a lot of items, they make sure to ship everything in Two boxes, One is a big box but the other is a tiny bos with one item. :) For more money.
- From time to time if you didn't ship more often, they send a Ads magazine to your account, So if you remove it their system will pull out amount of money and they will return it as a credit. To force you to ship with them again :) for not losing this amount of money.
In the end, try another company like I did. You will feel a different experience.

There was a typo mistake on my mailing address that caused me alto of troubles and delay in receiving my shipment.

I have done business with MyUS for many years. But I think they have lost touch with customers now they have grown. The contrast with the companies I do business with (and have products send to MyUS) couldn't be larger! While the likes of Zappos and Amazon put the customer first and give the customer all the benefits of the doubt, is MyUS increasingly hiding behind confusing product information and price structures and lack any form of self reflection when I have a complaint...

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
