I recently had a case where the I received a shipment and two items were missing from the package. I raised a claim form and within a three days I was fully refunded.
- customer service has taken a serious fall: very slow responses (takes a few days now to get an answer), unwilling to listening to customer problems

- Register of Packages take more then 48! They are so slow
I will pay 50$ more to Company can care of customer and they Service faster and better then this
Tip for this Company: if you have to much customers make sore to hire more employees to take care of them:)

Insurance is free for the first $100 in value and it costs $2 per $100 value thereafter. We have contacted you via email to follow up in this regard.
I had a rc plane shipped to Australia from myus. It arived in appalling condition despite requests to have additional packaging added for protection (which was not done).
I paid for insurance and made a claim. It has now been 10 weeks and no response despite multiple emails.
A absolute joke.

I had a problem in filling the value of my purchase because i had some free samples with the purchase. I chatted with Brie and asked me to send the invoice. Within minuites she arranged it and i completed the package request for sending.
I appreciated the precisness and promptness not to forget th friendly attitude of Brie.
Fast to solve my problem with shipping especially with new items.
The agent understood my concern right away and had a solution for it. She made me feel like she was treating it with urgency as well. And I had confidence in her capabilites and solution since she was quite ready with an answer as soon as I described my problem.
This was a very frustrating process for me due to FedEx terrible customer service. I wasn't aware that shoes aren't allowed to be imported into Mexico unless you have an importer permit approved by the Mexican government. My package, which contained more items besides the shoes, was stuck in FedEx customs agency in Toluca for several days with constants threats from FedEx personnel to send my merchandise to unclaimed (lost) items. Despite the terrible service I received from FedEx I would like to thank Jessica from MyUS for her prompt and kind assistance during this process, not only was she always nice and concerned about how I was feeling, but she escalated the problem and helped me get my shoes back to my suite, liberate the rest of the merchandise and get a refund for all of the extra shipping fees I had to pay FedEx.
MyUS management took into account my feedback and they have already added a warning in MyUS website to alert Mexican customers about the shoes import restriction.
I wasn't able to send my shoes back to Mexico, but I sent them to a friend in the U.S. who will bring them to me in her next trip to Mexico City.
I ad a problem with the storage though i didnt ask for it plus it is way over priced and lacks notification and the website is so complicated

I had a package that could not be sent to Angola. Requested the shipment to Brazil and was promptly answered by Alison and all was well resolved.
At first I had my doubts but there actually proved me wrong. Delivery is really fast.
But the one problem is the charges, apart from that, every other thing is good with them.

First time I used these guys and I parcel to ship to Australia was $73 U.S. Dollars. That is no discount! Very disappointed. Not worth purchasing from the U.S.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
